We had quite an extensive project in our yard and we could never have done it without modern landscape. They were extremely hard working, on time, hit deadlines and their work came out absolutely beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Jay and his team are great i had them lay a beautiful patio and put grass in my backyard i cant thank them enough of the job they did. Not only top qaulity but i couldnt believe how much they did in day in half. Im waiting for spring for them guys to beast my front walkways,grass and driveway i trust they will exceed my jexpectations again. Great job theres nothing these guys dont do and cant do thanks guys

From concept to installation to follow through, Modern Landscaping is a fantastic company to provide landscaping, masonry, and irrigation services. All of the employees are pleasant, courteous and attentive to detail. They take pride in their work. Greg, Jay, and David could not be more personable and service-oriented.

Greg did a fantastic job designing my landscaping and taking me to the local nursery to pick out my shrubbery.. Jay and crew did an excellent job installing the walkway to my new houses front door as well.. They also loomed and hydroseeded my entire 25,000 sq ft lawn, as well as the sprinkler system.. When some of it didn’t take, they came back and slice seeded the “vacation areas” n/c. They also come back on a schedule and continue to apply fertilizer and insecticide to the lawn.. it looks fantastic for a first year lawn. Highly recommended.

Modern Landscaping did a fantastic job on a walkway, landscape design and new shrubs. Crew was on time and super efficient... they didn’t waste a minute and as a result the job was done quickly. It looks great and it was fairly priced. I won’t hesitate to use them in the future for other projects.

I had a weedy, damp, buggy, gross backyard that could be put to no use. After contacting modern landscaping I couldn’t be happier with my new backyard. I have two dogs and I was afraid to go with real grass thinking it might not grow great and they would dig it up. It was nerve wracking to approach getting turf not knowing what it would look like, not to mention my family thought I was crazy. Jay led me through the entire process and always answered my questions quickly. They put in a patio which came out exactly how I imagined it. They also leveled an area that I didn’t even ask them to, which makes for a perfect spot to place a shed, which Jay knew I was planning. The yard is great for my dogs, no maintenance, and everyone says it looks like it’s straight out of a magazine. The turf was expensive but well worth the money. After 3 years of living in my home I finally have a perfect backyard! Thanks Jay!

We recently used Modern landscaping to redesign our brick walkway. They did an exceptional job ,it looks and feels brand new. The workers were punctual and very respectful . I would use them again .
