Electrical reviews in North Grafton, Massachusetts

Justin and his team did an outstanding job installing a dedicated 240V circuit from my garage electrical panel through to my mechanical room. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and clearly took pride in their work. The conduit run was done cleanly and neatly along the wall — it looks like it was always meant to be there.
What really impressed me was that they went beyond the original scope. They identified and made repairs I wasn't even aware were needed, and took the extra time to relabel my entire circuit breaker box with clean printed labels — something I had been meaning to do for years.

The quote was fair, the communication was great, and the finished work exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Justin and his team again for future electrical work and will absolutely be recommending him to neighbors and friends. Highly recommend!

Amazing, efficient, kind and hardworking. Thank you Justin for getting back to us within hours and doing the work the next day. We highly recommend Justin Mellor!

Justin is extremely efficient and helpful. His brother did the work and did a wonderful job. I would have no reservation in recommending their service. Quality reliable service at a reasonable price .

Justin Mellor and his team are some of the best in the business. They are extremely professional and come with years of experience. Justin is always quick to respond and is meticulous with the small details and makes sure that everything he does is 110% satisfactory. I will be using them for all of my electrical needs.

I've used Justin a few times over the years and he's great. We've had him do a few things - outlet/switch replacements, total kitchen renovation/rewire, add recessed lighting, and more. I'd highly recommend Justin to anyone needing electrical work done.

I am extremely happy with the work done by Justin and his crew. Prices are fair and the workmanship is top-notch!

Justin is a top notch electrician! He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. Every time I have an electrical job he is my first and only call. He's done several jobs for us and every time it's top notch! I highly recommend giving him a call if you have an electrical job that you want done professionally.

Justin and Robin were extremely professional and respectful. They essentially did a new construction installation with upgraded main service. He installed a transfer switch and subpanel for future backup generator. He gave me a timeframe for project and either met or exceeded the dates he gave me. Inspection went smoothly and City electrical inspector was impressed at the work he did and how well laid out everything was. I have recommended him and his brother to anyone that is looking for a professional electrician. Cost was great and he even recommended options that were cost saving for me. High quality work and price was great. I will for sure use again and recommend for others as well.

Justin and his electrician brother Rob did a great job planning and installing my new EV charging station, quickly and at a fair price. Recommended!

Excellent Quality and Customer Service! Justin and his team are reliable professionals that have performed many jobs for our house to include running a new circuit, fixing broken overhead lighting, installing new electrical equipment, and inspecting/certifying aspects of our antique home. It is always a relief to work with this team as they are beyond trustworthy and more than reliable. Highly recommended!

I reached out to Justin recently when the microwave in a condo I own in Lordvale Acres died. Justin went by and verified that it was in fact the microwave, and not a bad breaker. He coordinated his schedule around my tenants, which was very helpful. He was on time, courteous, and communicated very well. Once I had found a replacement microwave, he returned to do the installation for me. Again, working around my tenants schedule. I could not be happier with the quality of his work, his professionalism, and the pricing that he charged for the services he provided. I would highly recommend him.

I wanted to give Justin, his brother and third worker a FIVE STAR rating for the recent design and installation of recessed lighting and a "difficult" chandelier in my apartment recently. They arrived early to accomodate my schedule; advised me on placement options and cleaned up really well upon completion of the job. He responded the same day I made my initial inquiry and I received a detailed quote. I would refer him without hesitation for outstanding and professional workmanship.
