I wasn't terribly impressed. I found them on the expensive side as nursery prices go. No I am not a big box shopper for my garden plants.

Very large selection of plants, flowers, trees and all the landscaping needs. Great prices and friendly employees.

Good selection of quality shrubs and annuals for spring planting available with adequate carts for gathering plants and supplies. Friendly and helpful staff too.

The older gentleman who works there was VERY helpful, the 2 or 3 women who work there have no idea what they’re doing, seem to have no prior knowledge or insight about flowers, plants, I got empty thoughtless answers to my questions. Also disappointed because the prices are extremely high. The Snow fountain weeping cherry trees at Perraults is $275... the same EXACT tree is $80 at Lowe’s with similar warranty, as well as other overpriced shoddy items (half dead begonias, marked up bag of soil, hummingbird feeder that leaks).. Will NEVER go back. I’d rather suggest Lowes or home depot for your landscape or gardening needs.

One of my favorite local nurseries. Lots of trees and shrubs, veggies and annuals, plus a growing stock of houseplants and other tropicals. Also have various soils and mulched (both bagged and in bulk) along with several types of stone and pavers too. Prices are competitive and the people are great, too. Would definitely recommend.

The tree selection was really nice, however, there was a bunch of them in lots of Puddles of water and the staff wasn't overly friendly. No one came over and said hi when we got there, just I'd us from a distance. I had to struggle with a tree before someone offered to help. Had they been a little more welcoming it would have made the experience much better :-)

I have been going here for several years for all my planting needs. I usually spend about $300 per year. The selection is always fantastic. This time I was very disappointed in the service. A young girl waited on me, and seemed very unfriendly and annoyed to be working. She was very rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I may need to find a new nursery that values their customers, and extends friendly customer service.

Looks like they have a great selection - however the service we experienced was very disappointing. My husband brought me here on my birthday as a surprise to buy a tree in honor a recent loss we had. We asked for help, no knowing what we’d be interested in. The lady at the front made us feel silly for seeking assistance and told us to “just go find what you like, they are over there”. You never know what someone is going through, so I wish they we kinder and some type of helpful. Hope to give them another shot in the future, but for now this was disheartening.

Favorite nursery in the area. Had a great experience today thanks to a very helpful woman who helped me expand my range of perennials and took advantage of a good end of season sale of lilies. I really love the signs and knick-knacks in their gift shop. Real local place, not like Home Depot or any of the the chains. Good quality plants with a bunch of green houses in the back. Highly recommend. Oh yeah, I always buy my Christmas tree here every year.

I went to Pearults to to buy some native plants. The staff was helpful, there was a good selection of native pollinators and Jill ay the register was awesome!

Came in today for the Native Plant Pollinator starter kit offered through DCR and went home with some other beautiful plants and flowers! Perrault never disappoints!!!

They had a large supply of plants etc today. Kim helped me with some garden and landscape questions that I had. She gave me prices and growing information about plants and landscaping materials. She even suggested another place closer to me for landscape material!!!! The gravel lot is not conducive to handicap access.

I hired Joe Perreault and his crew a few years ago to install brick steps and some additional bricked areas around both of the entry doors on my main house.
All went well till it didn't, after two years or so the bricks started disintegrating and sinking in the center.
I returned to make Joe aware of this issue and was told that he had been in a bad traffic accident and that there was nothing they could do to help me with him not being able to work. So, I chalked it up to a bad experience as my bricks continued to fall apart over the next couple of years.
I decided to go back to Perreault's again a few days ago and was told that Joe had recovered and that someone would be reaching out to me very soon. Hearing this I sent Joe an email that I got from his business card describing my problem including some photos.
Joe's response was somewhat less than empathic but I held out hope that he would do the right thing, wrong!
He asked me if I had done anything to maintain the bricks, I responded that he never instructed me to do anything so, no I hadn't. He asked me if I had been using ice melt, yes was my response. While I am willing to admit that this may have been a contributing factor to the brick failure, without any heads up on a protective treatment being required, the blame needs to be shared here. Apparently Joe disagrees that he shares any blame as he never responded with a (requested) reccomendation for what I should now do to prevent any further brick loss, crickets. 🦗
On the settling center bricks problem, his comment was that it was a result of normal wear and tear. Really?! Four thousand+ dollars for just a few years of brick steps then they settle in the center and disintegrate on the edges?!
Do yourself a big favor, go elsewhere for your landscaping project, or, do it yourself.
If you must go here, get a detailed guarantee in writing good for at least five years. If none is offered, go elsewhere.
    Let the buyer beware! 🇺🇲

Do not buy their loam. They should be ashamed of selling this stuff, it is so hard and compacted with football size chunks. It is hard to shovel and spread. I know it has been wet but they should warm people about how bad it is before selling it.

We’ve worked with Donna the last few years to select shrubs for our beds. Donna spends the time to layout the shrubs at Perreault so we can see the idea. Perreault then delivers.

If you need this, best to go off hours or a rainy cloudy day, so they have time to work with you.

As an inexperienced DIY landscaper, I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Perreault Nursery! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, offering clear, detailed guidance on how to plant and care for trees. They patiently answered all my questions—no matter how many I had—and gave me the confidence to tackle my project. Their thoughtful recommendations and expertise were invaluable. The quality of their products is outstanding—healthy, beautiful plants they truly stand behind. I won’t be going anywhere else for future landscaping needs. Perreault Nursery and its amazing team make the entire process easy and enjoyable. This is what a great company and team looks like. Highly recommend!
