Landscaping reviews in North Reading, Massachusetts

Best landscaping company in North Reading Ma!

company has no respect

Awful! If you want to be just a number then this is the company for you. The customer service is an answering machine. You never get a live person and good luck hoping they call you back. The work starts out strong and declines quickly. They do the bare minimum but charge premium prices. Also, when the make a mistake or damage something they don’t let you know and deny responsibility. It’s really disappointing!

Joe bailed me out last minute when I broke my collarbone. Can’t thank him enough. Went above and beyond for sure. I will consider never cutting my own grass again!

Joe does incredible work! He was super responsive to my inquiry and started the job not too long after, which was a pretty large size spring clean up. He was incredibly thorough, even working in the rain to finish the job. We're so happy with how our yard looks and will definitely be having him back in the fall! Highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job and flexible on when I needed the job done.

Junior and the his team has done a wonderful job at our place at Dix Rd Ext in Woburn thanks for your help guys!

Always professional! Always leaves my yard looking terrific

I've used many lawn care businesses over the years but Eagle Landscape is head and shoulders above anyone else in terms of responsiveness and quality of work. Absolutely 10 star service-- I am not one to leave reviews but these guys deserve it!

I hired Eagle Landscaping last fall and again in spring for yard clean-ups. They did a great job both times, clearing leaves in the fall and adding new plants in the spring.
They listened to my ideas and kept me updated throughout. Working with them was easy. Now, my garden is like a little paradise. I'm really happy with Eagle Landscaping's work. They're attentive and really care about making my space beautiful.
100% Pro. Highly recommended!

I recently hired Eagle Landscaping to handle the yard maintenance at my rental property in Wakefield, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. The team was professional, punctual, and left the property looking immaculate. They took care of everything from mowing the lawn to trimming bushes and cleaning up debris, all with great attention to detail. My tenants were impressed with the results, and I will definitely be using Eagle Landscaping again in the future. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for reliable and thorough landscaping!

Tim was/is great to work with. He and Essential replanted a large section of front lawn last fall and it came up great. Tim is easy to work with, honest, and fairly priced. He is also tech oriented, the only landscape company I’ve heard of, that runs their business using modern tech. For example, he has an online estimating service - basically just put in dimensions of lawn and get a quote. Also, offers winter plowing, which is also tech oriented - he emails timely updates about approaching storms and expected plow schedule, billing is automatic so no worries about paying on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Tim at Essential Landscapes.

You provided excellent snow plowing services during the last winter.
The most benefit to us was the prediction prior to a storm about how and when you would plow and to what depth. This prediction allowed us ro plan when we could travel.
After every storm , the driveway and walkways were cleaned down to the surfaces, and were always passable . .
Your timing for cleanup was planned and conducted to enable us to drive out in a timely schedule.
Great Job, We will use your services next year.

Essential took care of my snow plowing this winter. My driveway is problematic and difficult. There were a few issues, but a quick phone call had all issues resolved in a timely manner. Thumbs up. Recommend highly.

Essential has provided excellent service, a friendly crew and beautiful landscaping of our property, for over 10 years. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Edwin and the team who did a fantastic job at my spring cleanup and mulch! The attention to detail with pruning, laying the mulch and edging was very much appreciated!

We switched mid-winter to use them for plowing as our other provider wasn’t working out. I love the emails that we get ahead of storms to let us know the plan and anticipated timing for plowing! They did a great job with our driveway.

Tim and his team have been taking care of my yard for many years. They do the services we agree on and don't try to add services or material you don't ask for. Tim answers any questions I have and I am overall satisfied with having Essential Landscapes take care of my lawn and yard work.

We have used Essential Landscapes for the past 10 years. Tim and his crew are great, very responsive, always timely and do a great job. I have recommended Essential Landscapes to friends in the local area. I highly recommend this company!

Snow Plowing - Essentials plowed my drive way several times this winter - on time I didn't have to call - East time they came they did a very good job on removing the snow - My drive is tricky to move the snow around because it bends around but Tim and his team were able to move the snow out of the way - So all that was remaining was easy for me to remove/snow blow away. On the smaller storms I just let Tim know that I would be able to handle the snow removal and that was it, they didn't show up and had no issues at all with Essential Landscaping.

Tim and his team have done an outstanding job with our yard! Last year they planted sod in a very hard to grow, low sun area that was beautiful, and came back again this year! We are having a back yard event in two weeks and they mulched and trimmed, the yard looks amazing. Tim is an easy, professional guy to work with. His team, who were so nice while here, were so respectful of our yard. Not a bit of mulch on the yard or driveway!! Highly recommend Tim and his team!!
