We moved into a house with a steam system that was new to us ad cranky enough (twice) to need repair. We got incredibly fast help from Wilson, and Jason came out twice to tighten radiator fittings and replace a main vent. He was happy to do some teaching on steam heat while he was here, which is above and beyond - we loved learning more about what we can do ourselves vs. what we need to bring him back for.

We were having problems with our 8 year old boiler and were told by another contractor that we needed to replace it. Wilson identified the problem (it was installed wrong in the first place), re-piped it, and now it is running great. Our boiler is running like new.

The Wilson Team did an incredible job for us! The owner, Gary, met with us to assess our needs and was very patient in explaining his proposal. They showed up on time and finished when they stated they would. All service people and office staff were very professional and extremely pleasant to do business with. Gary Wilson and his technicians installed a mini split air conditioning system for us. Gary did a great job answering all our questions. Our second experience proved to be no less professional, knowledgeable, and friendly than our first experience about a year ago. Gary is very quick to respond to any questions that are asked and provides all the information you need to make an informed decision. Additionally, as we advanced with our decision to purchase the heat pump/cooling mini split, a couple of changes in the work were acknowledged and the originally quoted price was adjusted without our asking...so honesty is another quality you can be assured of when dealing with this business. The entire team, including sub contracted electrician, went above and beyond our expectations to complete the job in a quick and competent manner. 2017: From the first phone call requesting an estimate and information for a new boiler, we received first class assistance and workmanship. Gary & his entire team provided timely answers to our questions and explained the process in clear terms. Every step was outlined so we knew exactly what to expect, how much it would cost and how long the job would take. We had the work done in January and we remained in our house during the work period with no loss of comfort or warmth. Wilson Services Inc. is a great company. From first contact to installation and even periodic check ins months after install, they have the best service in the Valley.

The proposal was detailed and clearly explained all the options and benefits/drawbacks of each recommended system.

After the initial installation, the system had a few issues (manufacturer/product) that Gary worked quickly to resolve.

We installed a new Viesmann High efficiency boiler and domestic hot water that has already provided ample savings as Gary had promised it would.

If you want a company you can count on, Wilson Service is the company you should hire for your HVAC/plumbing needs.

Our experience with Gary Wilson was fantastic. It couldn't have been any better, in fact; he was very communicative from the start, was flexible with our schedules, explained things very clearly, and most importantly, did an excellent job replacing our water heater (and drilling a new vent for it in our chimney, which was no small task). They also kept our basement clean despite the possibility of lots of dust from the drilling. I'd recommend Wilson Services to anyone and am glad we went with them.

We needed a boiler replacement in a very tight space and Gary came out, gave an estimate that day with confirmation that the new system would fit and we talked through logistics about how to access our tight space. Within one week we had our contract, prep work and installation complete - all very carefully and professionally done...Gary stayed late to make sure we understood the controls and was a real pleasure to work with. We have used Wilson Services about 3 times over the years and always had a great experience. Recently we needed a new furnace installed. Wilson's was great ever step of the way. Very professional and great communication. When I had a few questions about my system after, Gary answered emails within minutes and I was always able to speak to someone via phone right away. Updating review: Another highest recommendation for Wilson Services. We moved into a new home with three zones heated by propane and a fireplace. It was a real challenge to get the house comfortable. Gary and his crew did a stellar job installing minisplits and a more sophisticated WIFI thermostat system. Gary walked us through the process, with the right sizing, placement and aesthetics for our new system. The workmanship is top notch. Loving our new system and ready for the winter.

Gary and his crew have installed both a mini-split and central heat pump that do heating and cooling. They helped us chose the right system and timing of the installation. All the work happened on schedule and the crew was very professional. They are also responsive on service issues. Highly recommend Wilson Services.

We were investigating the possibility of replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump system for cooling and heating. Mr Wilson, though extremely busy, visited our home, took photos and measurements, discussed the various issue with us and sent us a well considered proposal in a few days. He answered all our questions thoughtfully and frankly.
Although we decided to postpone the installation, Mr. Wilson's knowledge, care, and prompt communication gave us confidence that he would be a good choice to do the job when we are ready.

Now let's talk about the service and those doing the work. Gary and his crew, Leigh and Dimitri, were wonderful. We were given a start date and Leigh and Dimitri worked tirelessly, pleasantly, neatly and efficiently, and finished the job as planned. We were up and rolling, but Gary, a perfectionist, came back for a couple of tweaks.

Teamwork and excellence at its best! Wilson Services provided us with a major installation at our home. I will summarize the experience: efficient, thorough, professional. What also impressed us was Wilson Services' willingness to help us with Mass Save rebates. Gary's office manager actually offered to complete all of the paperwork for us and even submit it. A few weeks later we got our rebates!

Sometimes you get a better indication of the integrity of a company when things go wrong than when they go perfectly. That's when the true nature of the owner and the company becomes apparent. This was the case in our dealing with Wilson Services.

First, the salesman, Steve, was great. He was friendly and diligent. We explained that we wanted to replace our HVAC with a heat pump system and keep our oil system for the coldest days. The quoted price was in the middle of a wide range of quotes. But I had a good feeling and going with the low bidder is often a mistake.

The work crew were all great guys and we had no qualms having them in our house.It was a big job that involved having them all over running new refrigerant lines (which I wanted them do).

The problem came when one of the 3 air handlers kept throwing a low pressure warning. Gary, the owner, would not stop looking for it until it was solved. I could tell that it was very important to him that the work be done right.

Oh, and the refrigerant lines they ran. They knew we were installing solar soon so, while they were in there, they put some draw wires in place to help the solar people out. Pretty cool!

I highly recommend Wilson Services. They are a company with integrity and they are good at what they do,

Wilson Services did an excellent job installing out three head mini-split system. We got estimates from four contractors and while Gary’s estimate was not the least expensive, we were impressed by his expertise and his down to earth manner. We made a good choice. He worked with us to decide on the proper system for our house. His installers were timely and efficient. They took great care to keep our house clean and the make the outside installation durable and attractive. They were informative and responsive to all our concerns and questions during the process. They tested the system and instructed us on the care and feeding of mini-splits. The system has performed flawlessly ever since. I should also compliment the office staff. We were up against a deadline to complete the work before a particular rebate expired and Carine was Johnny-on-the-spot with the required paperwork for the rebates and the HEAT loan. We could not be more pleased.
