All reviews for Bartlett Tree Experts

I’m very grateful for the expert care that was provided by Bartlett Tree Experts. As advertised, the services were expert in quality. A big shout out to Cassandra and Devontay, who were both affable and hardworking. They answered our questions with patience and explained the work that was underway and the maintenance efforts needed in the future. While a lot of pruning took place, their clean up efforts left barely a footprint. I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of expert tree care.

We had the crew of Jack, Sammy and Brayan from Bartlett come and take care of a very long row of hedges. They were fantastic! Very professional took time and extra care to make sure that the grasses area was not damaged. They did a great job and they made sure to clean up any clippings and debris that were left .

Would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Expert to take care of your property!!

Very happy with the pruning and cabling work done on our willow tree by Jacob, Eric and Jorge. The work was scheduled sooner than we expected and the tree looks much healthier.

People at BARTLETT TREE EXPERTS are universally intelligent, affable, and helpful. Right from the start, with EMMA in the Northampton directing JEFF LECOY to our door — we felt we were in good, professional hands. Since then, our lilac “forest” has received excellent care from BRIAN, ALEX, and — just this morning — ZACK. The fungal disease that threatened the life of our lilacs now seems to be under control. The trees look healthy again! We are so pleased with their work.
And then there is the small army of tree experts who cabled, pruned and fed our 120 year old maple trees. Davante, Josh, and one more excellent worker all deserve rewards!

Our ancient trees look wonderful!
Thank you, BARTLEET TREE WXPERTS for hiring wonderful workers.

I have used them for years. They are very patient with my concerns for my older trees that tend to need extra care. Spencer is great as are the staff and aborists I've dealt with I highly recommend them.

One word awesome

The best in customer service

Very helpful and professional. Didn't talk to me like I was just a homeowner.

Excellent experience with Bartlett representative Greg- professional, polite and very knowledgeable- thank you!

Did a great job, in and out in no time and you would never have known they were there, let the place the way they found it.

When searching for help removing a dangerous tree I really want a professional. And Bartlett is that service.

Jeff LaCoy and all his staff are very professional and reliable. Would absolutely use them again, and would be glad to recommend them to others.

They were on time, did a great job, cleaned up all debris. I really appreciated the job that was done. I would definitely recommend
them to anyone who needs their services.

They sprayed our hemlock hedge due to infestation. They were courteous, on time and quick. Good job and good value. Wish we had been referred sooner as we used another service that was VERY over pricey.

Excellent experience working with Greg and the crew to remove a diseased elm on our property. While we were sad to see it go, they were incredibly professional in their work, prompt with communication and setting up our appointments, and competitively priced.

Showed up on time, crew.members were professional and knowledgeable. They reviewed with me several times if this is how I wanted our trees and shrubs to look. Will be using them again!! Thanks guys!

Every one I delt with from Bartlett was professional, courteous and through. Besides trimming the deadwood from my old crabapple tree their arborist Jeff recommended treatments that helped the tree show blooms and keep its leaves for the whole season the very first year. Haven't seen that for years. So glad I didn't follow the recommendation of the other businesses who said to remove it.

Bartlett Tree Experts came out to diagnose a tree in my backyard. He was honest and did not try to sell me services that weren't needed - he assured me that the tree was fine - which made me very happy. I will definitely not hesitate to call them for future tree services!

Very professional. Paid a lot of attention to our plantings, our yard was cleaner after they left. The installers were real pros, great team. I would recommend Bartlett Tree Service to everyone. Marty, Diane Wilbraham.

Greg Beck from Bartlett examined a large, old oak tree that was declining and that we hoped to save. He explained what could be done to try to save it and what it would cost. We decided to try to save the tree. Bartlett came out and did trimming, treated the tree twice, and so far the tree is still hanging in there. All of the people who worked with us were informative, professional and pleasant. We'll use them again.

Arborist Jeff Lacoy spent time inspecting and giving thoughtful recommendations regarding a tree that we are concerned about because of its size, location close to our house and outbuildings, and increasingly volatile weather. He also gave helpful recommendations regarding a number of other trees on our property. I was impressed with his knowledge and generosity with his time and expertise. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Bartlett Tree Experts for all matters related to managing the trees on your property.
