All reviews for Bartlett Tree Experts

When you need tree services, you need an arborist. We have had nothing but highly positive experiences with Bartlett. They are all great people and are there for their customers. Very much appreciated. Anything you need done associated with trees, call Bartlett, you won't be sorry .

What a great experience all around. From Collin coming to discuss what I needed to Jeff and Josh who were wonderful. Professional, knowledgable and very nice and friendly. They took the time and helped me to decide what should be done with the many trees in my yard. I cannot say enough about the whole experience and the people who work here.

Collin Burt (Sales Rep) came out and did a thorough review of work I wanted done and left me with a comprehensive quote. The two fellas on the crew the day of the job were FANTASTIC, I wish I wrote down their names to give them kudos. They were so knowledgeable and the work they did was exactly what I wanted, and more. They would not leave until I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartlett Tree and would definitely use them again in the future.

Bartlett was amazing to work with. We purchased a 60-year-old home in Westfield with a yard that was heavily wooded. Bartlett was able to help us asses which trees needed to be removed and which could be saved. They communicated clearly, from the initial visit all the way through the completed job. Their team were incredibly professional and ensured no debris was left once they completed everything. We highly recommend Barlett.

Love Bartlett Tree! Responsive, professional, and they can handle anything. Great at identifying trees, assessing their age and health, and offering a true arborist's perspective on how to best care for the trees in your landscape. Highly recommend.

Bartlett helped me out of a bind with insurance. They quickly did some pruning on a very large oak tree to remove branches over hanging the home. They did a beautiful job. I was concerned about the impact the pruning might have due to insurance requirements, but the team did a beautiful job maintaining the beauty of the tree. Jeff the representative was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the work got done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with them.

The Bartlett crew did a great job felling and cleaning up a dozen tricky large trees on my property. Everything was awesome!

Update, April 2026: Jeff and his crew continue to exceed my expectations. They are my "go-to" for any tree work. My property has never looked better!

Five-star service! I’ve used Bartlett several times and have always been pleased. Jeff Lacoy (arborist) and all crew members have been prompt, highly skilled and courteous. Most recently, Jeff got his crew out to my house the same day I called about a large broken branch on my plum tree. Highly recommend!

If you have trees that need some love, care, and attention, Bartlett Tree Experts is the resource! We recently bought a new home and could see there were several trees that needed attention. Some were clearly impacted by choking vines, some were bending precariously close to the house and over the road, and some just looked like they needed some good care and fertilizer. Joshua, the arborist assigned to us, came out and walked the property with us and we talked through it all. What needed to be done, what would be nice, what could wait, and what we were hoping to see going forward. We were thrilled to learn that the choking trees could be saved with some attention and that Bartlett Tree Experts could help prevent it from happening again. With their help, we eliminated potential issues with trees falling and causing damage and now have a plan to add some new trees to help achieve our aesthetic and privacy goals. Highly recommend!

My arborist, Jeff LaCoy did a great job assessing my dead tree issue. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys that cut down the trees were also great. Post job cleanup was also excellent. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts. Very professional.

Mr. Joshua Drumm responded to our urgent request for assistance concerning an uprooted tree that had fallen onto our home. He visited the following day to survey the damage despite being overwhelmed with numerous requests for assistance as a result of a major thunderstorm that devastated a number of neighborhoods.
A very accommodating and accomplished crew of professionals arrived the following day. They were very polite, friendly, industrious knowledgeable and respectful of property. All tasks were completed quickly, efficiently and professionally.
The worksite was left pristine and immaculate upon completion of the tasks at hand.
We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Bartlett without reservation. It is a Best in Class business.

We have been their customer for a long time and every time they do an excellent job at a reasonable price. They are very transparent, describing the work in great details before you sign an agreement - no surprises. On Friday, a large branch broke and fell on our driveway. Spenser stopped on Sunday to see the damage. This morning, Joe, Eric and Luis, showed up and in no time cleared the tree and restored the bushes. We highly recommend them.

Great tree work. Worst customer service for a billing problem that I have ever seen.

Ghosted - Greg came out and provided a thorough and detailed work estimate for our residential job, which we signed and returned. Over two months later, and no follow up about scheduling the work despite multiple emails and phone calls. We get it, tree services are slammed, but the total lack of reply is simply unprofessional. We've now engaged another contractor, probably lower quality but more likely to deliver.
