Every one I delt with from Bartlett was professional, courteous and through. Besides trimming the deadwood from my old crabapple tree their arborist Jeff recommended treatments that helped the tree show blooms and keep its leaves for the whole season the very first year. Haven't seen that for years. So glad I didn't follow the recommendation of the other businesses who said to remove it.

Bartlett Tree Experts came out to diagnose a tree in my backyard. He was honest and did not try to sell me services that weren't needed - he assured me that the tree was fine - which made me very happy. I will definitely not hesitate to call them for future tree services!

Greg Beck from Bartlett examined a large, old oak tree that was declining and that we hoped to save. He explained what could be done to try to save it and what it would cost. We decided to try to save the tree. Bartlett came out and did trimming, treated the tree twice, and so far the tree is still hanging in there. All of the people who worked with us were informative, professional and pleasant. We'll use them again.

Ghosted - Greg came out and provided a thorough and detailed work estimate for our residential job, which we signed and returned. Over two months later, and no follow up about scheduling the work despite multiple emails and phone calls. We get it, tree services are slammed, but the total lack of reply is simply unprofessional. We've now engaged another contractor, probably lower quality but more likely to deliver.

Arborist Jeff Lacoy spent time inspecting and giving thoughtful recommendations regarding a tree that we are concerned about because of its size, location close to our house and outbuildings, and increasingly volatile weather. He also gave helpful recommendations regarding a number of other trees on our property. I was impressed with his knowledge and generosity with his time and expertise. What a great experience all around. From Collin coming to discuss what I needed to Jeff and Josh who were wonderful. Professional, knowledgable and very nice and friendly. Bartlett was amazing to work with. We purchased a 60-year-old home in Westfield with a yard that was heavily wooded. Bartlett was able to help us asses which trees needed to be removed and which could be saved. They communicated clearly, from the initial visit all the way through the completed job. Bartlett helped me out of a bind with insurance. They quickly did some pruning on a very large oak tree to remove branches over hanging the home. They did a beautiful job. I was concerned about the impact the pruning might have due to insurance requirements, but the team did a beautiful job maintaining the beauty of the tree. Jeff the representative was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the work got done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with them.

If you have trees that need some love, care, and attention, Bartlett Tree Experts is the resource! We recently bought a new home and could see there were several trees that needed attention. Some were clearly impacted by choking vines, some were bending precariously close to the house and over the road, and some just looked like they needed some good care and fertilizer. Joshua, the arborist assigned to us, came out and walked the property with us and we talked through it all. What needed to be done, what would be nice, what could wait, and what we were hoping to see going forward. We were thrilled to learn that the choking trees could be saved with some attention and that Bartlett Tree Experts could help prevent it from happening again. With their help, we eliminated potential issues with trees falling and causing damage and now have a plan to add some new trees to help achieve our aesthetic and privacy goals. Highly recommend!
