All Landscaping just finished two days of work at my house. I would hire them again, again, and again. Andy, Lou, and the team did an amazing job from beginning to end. They were quick and responsive, offered fair pricing, and kept me in the loop. I needed a significant amount of trees cut back and privacy shrubs that needed a good trim and had been ridden with bittersweet. They cut back all of the trees and made the shrubs look good as new. They also did a wonderful job with hardscaping that needed updating. They were highly communicative when more stone was needed than initially anticipated for my wall. After the projects were over, their clean up was amazing and the only evidence they were even here is the refreshed look of my property!

Andy and the team at All Landscaping were wonderful to work with! There was clear and quick communication regarding my project and the final product is beautiful! They expertly replaced two poorly-built and crumbling retaining walls in our backyard and completely transformed the space! Highly recommend!

This project included replacing and relocating a leaning wall, that was at least 30-years old and too close to the existing garage, coupled with a new walkway. We added on a beautiful granite lamp post and mailbox.

We are overjoyed with the new curb appeal, looks like a new house. The craftsmanship is excellent and Andy and his team were a breeze to work with. Highly recommend!

I contacted Carelton's for a small siding repair job. They came out promptly to provide a quote despite the size of the job. There was a lengthy delay in obtaining the materials (thanks COVID) but once they were available, the work was performed very efficiently. I'd highly recommend them!

I’m at a loss to understand why so many people have had such a different experience than I did. I contacted Carleton’s Home Improvement July 21 to tell them I would need help in August to install something on the exterior of my home. I contacted them again Aug 25 when the item arrived – received a response the same day saying they would get in touch next week and it might be Wed (Aug 30)
No response so I emailed them again on Sept 1. Did not receive a reply until Sept 5 saying she was working on the schedule and would contact me in a day or so, it would probably be the end of that week (Sept 8).
No response until Sept 8, then an email saying it would be the following Thursday (9/14). Then, they emailed me the day before saying it would be Thursday afternoon, not morning. Then another email midday saying they weren’t able to come, and would contact me later that day. No call – but an email at 8pm saying it would now be another two weeks.
In several of their emails they requested that I leave a review because they greatly appreciated feedback. This is it.

Carleton’s home improvement services did an amazing work on a few jobs we needed done on the exterior of our house. They replaced several areas of rotting wood and did it all for a fair price. We will definitely use them again……and again

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home improvement service. Carolyn was excellent with communication, and Paul and Chris tackled a tricky problem and got the job done. They were pleasant to deal with, professional, and reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

I'm so glad I asked a neighbor for a handyman recommendation. They gave a few. Looking at the information on each option, I quickly appreciated that Carleton's website has a detailed list of the sorts of things they do. One thing on my list wasn't on their website, so I called and asked about that specifically. I spoke with Carolyn, and she was professional and friendly. She explained that it wasn't something they typically do, so she offered to give me a few other companies to try. (Very generous and helpful!) I declined that offer because I knew the rest of my list was within her company's purview, so I could deal with the other issue another time altogether. She took my list, confirmed that the crew could do all of it, and said I could tell them about the questionable issue while they were there. If they felt comfortable doing it, they'd let me know.

Well, the 2 guys came the day we had agreed on. They were no-nonsense and focused, but friendly enough to laugh at my jokes. The lead guy also took the time to explain to me EXACTLY what he was seeing was the issue with each thing I showed him. He gave me a sense of what exactly was wrong, what options he had for addressing it, etc. We bought this house about 2.5 years ago, so his willingness to explain things allowed me to learn more about the house, which I really appreciated.

Again, they were focused and no-nonsense, so they handled all the issues we discussed, cleaned up whatever needed to be cleaned up, and were on their way. I will definitely call them again when I have any handyman issue. And I'll gladly to tell anyone who needs handyman services that these are the folk to call!

Carleton's Home Improvement Services is awesome in every way! Carolyn was so very kind & she helped us to set up an appointment quickly for Chris to come and take a look at the job. Chris arrived right on time and did excellent work installing our storm door. Quality work and a really nice guy. We will definitely call them again for our next project!
