I recently had a great experience with Horizons Carpet Cleaning in Northborough. I needed help with several spots on my carpet that had lost their color due to strong cleaning products. Everett was able to do expert carpet color correction, carefully matching the missing shades and using professional dyes to restore the original look of my carpet. The results were impressive—my carpet looks almost brand new! While this service wasn’t the cheapest option, it was definitely much more affordable than replacing the entire carpet. Everett was reliable with appointments and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning and color repair services!

My carpets look amazing after the cleaning. Everett answered my call right away, and we set up an appointment. He showed up early and completed the carpet cleaning quickly. Everett was friendly and very easy to talk to throughout the process. I recommend having an in-person estimate to get an exact price, since we did ours over the phone and ended up having one less room cleaned than expected. It wasn’t a big issue, just meant we moved some furniture and toys out for nothing. As this was our first time using a carpet cleaning service in Northborough, I can’t compare it to others, but I’m very happy with the results and would definitely use them again. I also suggest letting your carpets dry for about 8 hours after cleaning. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Great job!
