Never showed up on the day scheduled. No notice, just didn't show. Never responded to my multiple texts and calls to learn what happened and whether I was still on the schedule.

Had my first experience with Blackout Energy recently and was very happy. Being a contractor, I know how it can be difficult sometimes for communication, punctuality, responsiveness etc.. and Rick was on point every time letting me know different milestones every step of the project.
