These guys are very unprofessional from every aspect - they don't wear booties while treading on my carpet, they don't want you watch what they do, uncourteous in manner and talk. I had to clean the dust after they leave my place. A total disregard for customer's concerns. On top of these, they will send you the bill online and demand approving it while the work is half way through. You never hire them.

Dan is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful… he came in to check my laundry vent and he wouldn’t mind checking the AC units where he found some molds. Nothing like a family owned business where they care so much and they work with your budget even tho they have fair prices on everything…he took care of the problems and the place was spotless after he was done, very highly recommended!! We had major mouse infestation. Breathe easy removed and replaced most of the insulation in our basement, attic and garage where the mice were nesting. They sealed up areas all around the foundation where the rodents were getting in. They also cleaned our air/heating ducts. They found mold in several areas of the house and remediated that. We were very happy with their work, and we feel our house is now vastly more clean and safer than before.

Dan and his crew did a phenomenal job during a very stressful situation for my mom. The line of communication was great! Daily phone call updates and pictures of the progress along the way. They went above and beyond helping my mother out. I would definitely recommend Dan!

Do recommend, pleasant experience and good work done. What I thought was going to be a small project turned into a large scale remediation project. Breathe Eazy team worked diligently to complete the project and removed a significant amount of material. Performed a significant cleaning on my ducting. I was even given advice on how to mitigate moisture issues in the future. Thanks again!

DO NOT look for them because all they want is your money and all they said is lying. Here is what I experienced. Before they started extracting water from the basement, the manager looked very professional and nice to you. He promised many many things before I paid the deposit (~$5,000), such as fighting for you to negotiate with the insurance company, sending documentations, showing up when the insurance adjuster comes to the house, and etc... HOWEVER, after I paid the deposit, he broke all the promises above. Never show up again, never negotiate with insurance company, never send any documentation I need for reimbursement from insurance, never reply your message, and never help you. They tried to charge me over $13,000 for some of the works that other companies may charge ~$5,000 (this is what my insurance adjuster told me).

I have never left a negative review of any company online. My home was destroyed from water damage leaving me homeless and living in a hotel. I was promised they would handle all remediation, would coordinate insurance, and completely restore my unit. I paid over $30,000 to this company upfront. Day 4 of restoration they stopped showing up. The owner of company ignored my calls for over a week. I was then told contractor would finish the job Monday - Friday. He then didn’t show up that entire week. Simultaneously I had to repeatedly ask for the insurance documentation to attempt being reimbursed my costs. After repeatedly being ignored and made false promises by the owner of this company, I’ve officially given up. Job still isn’t done and there is no concern or urgency to finish the project.

I am impressed with this company starting from Suzanne, the office manager to the entire crew that came to my home. I had my ducts cleaned and the crew was professional and very tidy. They worked around my schedule and did the job during a time that they wouldn't usually do. The crew even came back hours after the job was complete (8:45 pm!) to trouble shoot the furnace. I recommend these guys to everyone who is looking for professionalism and great customer service.

I originally called Breathe Eazy for just a simple duct cleaning, but the technicians did a thorough examination of our heating system and found black mold in our furnace due to a water leak from an existing humidifier (new to us house). They provided me a quote to remove the mold and disinfect our entire HVAC system within the hour and performed all work the same day. Their team was respectful of our house and time, and knowledgeable of the systems they were working with. there was no mess left after them and their lead tech kept me informed the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.
