They don't do General Electric brands which it's listed on their site as one of brands they repair. SMH

Philip was very professional and knowledgeable.. He had all the parts to fix my refrigerator with him ,had the job done in no time and was very reasonably priced . Will definitely call him again if I need an appliance repairman!

Called Phil at 6:15 PM, he was here by 6:45. Gave us a repair option and a replacement option. Both were very fairly priced.
Phil is the type of person you can feel confident in doing business with. Honest and upfront about everything.

Phil answered my call right away,and was able to come out right away as he was in my town by chance, and was able to diagnose, and fix my dryer with the part being on his truck in less than an hour after calling.Very courteous and professional service and highly recomend for appliance repairs.Now we dont have to worry about who we should call for next time.Thank You Phil!!!

Our washers water inlets were stripped and our hose blew off spraying water every where, this company was quick to answer and even allowed us to come after hours to get the part. Can’t thank you enough for everything!

We are so glad that we found this google listing! We called with a broken dryer and he was able to come just a few hours later. He had the parts on his truck and had us back up and running in about 30 minutes. Great service and reasonable pricing, we will definitely be calling again for any future needs!

I am a pretty good DIY guy but after working on my refrigerator's ice maker for three days, Phil came and fixed it in 20 minutes. He found two broken wires under the screwed down kick plate. Everything is working like new!

Phil was excellent! My oven stopped working this morning and he had it fixed in time for dinner! He was able to come by the same day and fix the problem in less than a half hour. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. He even cleaned the stove while he had it disassembled! It’s such a relief to know there’s a reliable appliance service right down the street if we’re in need in the future!

Phil is a nice guy. So it sucks that we didn’t get the five-star service he seems capable of, according to other reviews.

Comically bad at following up or calling back. 4 weeks went by after his initial visit without a peep. I finally reached out, and somehow he still didn’t have the parts he said he ordered (and that I was charged upfront for) I then had to call continuously for updates, despite him always saying he would call me back or physically come by, but never providing an ETA.

Finally - more than a month after his first visit - he showed up, replaced the parts, and told me to call an electrician; the microwave still didn’t work.

Again, nice guy, but got the feeling he didn’t want to do this job. Charged me $115 for a $30 switch kit and some $5 fuses and didn’t diagnose the main issue with our appliance until I was already on the hook to pay the bill. I’m sure those parts did need replacement, but the time, cost, and number of phone calls it took to have our problem ultimately not solved was super disappointing.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called Phil when my refrigerator stopped keeping food cold. He came over a few hours later to diagnose the problem, ordered the needed part while standing my kitchen, a few days later called to let me know the part arrived and by the next afternoon my fridge was up and running again, good as new.

Philip is not only skilled. but he also is committed to same day service. I'd unreservedly recommend him for appliance repair.

I noticed my fridge wasn’t working on a Monday morning and found Philip via Google. He answered my call right away and was able to come by just a few hours later. He figured out the issue quickly and had the part he needed to switch out. He clearly is an expert and I will definitely reach out to him again as needed.

Phil was amazing to work with. My daughter bought a small dryer from him well over 30 days ago. We stored it for a little while until she opened her New business. When we started using it, it wasn’t drying the clothes like we thought. Phil was extremely helpful in resolving the issue immediately. I also had an issue with a new washing machine that I had bought, not from Phil’s company, and he helped me solve that issue as well. He saved me a lot of money, time and frustration. I highly recommend working with him. We are more than pleased with the service we received.

We called and Phil picked up right away and told us he would be at our house in a few hours, less than 3 hours he was here. He was knowledgeable and shared a couple tricks of his trade to help us in case this issue with the washer happens again. He took his time and make sure we understood what we could do. He was open and honest and with zero pushy sales techniques. We would highly recommend him and have already told people.

Philip always deserves 5 stars. He is a very professional and very polite man. Whenever I called him, he answered me happily and was always available to solve my problems with my refrigerator. With Phil you will be in good hands, just be friendly with him too, and remember that he has many clients to take care of too, so be patient with him and you will be well looked after.

This guy is the biggest liar and everything that comes out of his mouth is false. Guaranteed all his products but didn’t. Failed to follow up and do what he said he would do. Sold us terrible products. Washing machine never worked from day one. Replaced the water pump and said it was a rare problem. Screws missing in the top and “not sure why.” Mother board fried 8 months after purchasing. Dryer died 6 months into purchasing and always blames it on something else and “never happens.” Do not buy products from him. He is a fraud and not trust worthy. Don’t waste your time. It is too good to be true. Separate appliance repair guy told us the machine is not with saving. Paid $110 for him to come out and say this. Paid $150 to clean the dryer vent that didn’t need cleaning.
