Andrew troubleshooted the problem quickly and fixed up my panel with the correct configuration needed to fix the problem (one of my dryers wasn’t working). He also installed a whole home surge protector.

We contacted Crowe Electric to do a panel upgrade and generator dedicated line attachment on the side of our house. We were very impressed with the communication with Andy and Lindsay. They responded almost immediately and we got serviced quickly. No waiting for weeks or months to have the work done. Kris and Liam did a great job in very cold weather and a cold basement. They were very neat and thorough, and did some additional repairs while they were here. They returned immediately the next day for a minor adjustment that we requested. Kris and his assistant were excellent. They were both extremely helpful explaining everything to me regarding the installation of the interlocking kit. The crew from Crowe Electric did great work. After not getting a call back from one company, and another that didn’t show up for an appointment they scheduled, I reached out to Crowe. I should have called them first! Their prices were reasonable, they fixed a few 3 and 4 way switches that weren’t wired correctly by others, replaced a breaker, fixed a ceiling fan that had been wired backwards by others and provided a quote for some other items. The communication was great all along from the folks at the office to the guys on site!

I’m so glad I found Crowe Electric! My experience was excellent from start to finish. It began with Erin, who answered my initial call and patiently listened as I described multiple issues with my kitchen lighting. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and articulate, asking a few clarifying questions before explaining the process and scheduling my appointment—on the same afternoon!

Right away, I could tell that Crowe Electric values customer service. I received a confirmation text with a picture of Kevin, the technician assigned to my job—a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel both professional and personal. When Kevin and his assistant, Sam, arrived right on time, they demonstrated that same level of care by putting booties over their shoes before entering my condo.

They efficiently diagnosed four separate issues—three I had mentioned on the phone and one I brought up during the appointment. They were able to repair three of them on the spot (including the unexpected one) and took the time to thoroughly explain my options for the fourth issue, which required a new fixture. I truly appreciated how patient and detailed they were in walking me through their work and ensuring everything was properly tested.

I had been searching for an electrician for months, and within just four hours of calling Crowe, my issues were resolved. I’ll definitely be using them again as soon as I have my new fixture ready for installation!

Andrew is great, very clear and patient w questions. Amazing service, assisted cheerfully by phone early on a Sunday with power surge aftermath, correctly diagnosed issue by phone, no charge. Then patiently walked me thru steps to get local fire dept to engage proper folks to replace line from pole to house immediately. Next came out to do thorough safety inspection. Fully documented every step with pics. We ended up installing a whole house surge protector. Wish we had one before this. Cost less than all the service calls. Could have avoided HVAC repair and burnt out garage door openers etc. power surge is no joke ! Guaranteed for life, their ph num is right on it.

Kevin and Manny were polite and professional and did a great job finishing the installation of our induction cooktop and new outlets for our Toto bidets. They cleaned up well and took all the construction trash with them. They were quick and efficient. Great job!

We had an electrician named Sam over to fix a smoking kitchen plug outlet. He was such a nice guy and so efficient. I would highly recommend this company and of course - Sam!!

3.5 stars... Professional team that is polite and courteous. However reluctance to bill based on time and materials is disappointing. Also more concerning is that the team was not comfortable wiring Ethernet which was very surprising. This is very low tech. I was happy with speed in which they responded to my request for service. They are however pricey but do an ok job cleaning up after themselves.

Gabriel and his assistant came out to fix a problem with my kitchen outlet. They arrive when they said , were polite and friendly, wore shoe covers too. Erin, who andwers their phone, is just wonderful too.

Crowe Electric was wonderful! It was so easy to schedule an appointment online and I'm super pleased with the installation of my new fixture. I appreciated the little details- a text with the name/ photo of the technician assigned to my job, wearing shoe covers inside my home, etc. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his apprentice, Sam, that serviced my home lighting issues this past week were excellent! Great customer service, thorough, and efficient. While the job turned to be bigger than anticipated, they handled the work that another past electrician should have finished from another company and did it in reasonable time and left my house in order after the job. Even went and bought new fixtures for me. I feel like overall customer service from top to bottom calling foe an appointment, the actual work at my house, and follow up were top notch and fairly priced. I will recommend and use Crowe again. Thank you!!

We had Crowe Electric come out and upgrade our electric panel from 100 amp to a 200 amp. The tech Kris was great! Very nice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend for any electrical needs!

I am giving my install technician Andrew a five star rating because he did a great job and deserves it. However, I won't use Crowe Electric again. The advertised price was deceptive. I paid $200 to connect wires to a light fixture I had done all the prep work on. It appeared the job would be $99 and even that seemed pricey.

Your technician Andrew was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with He explained everything he was doing and extremely respectful even when I ran into problems with the financing, he providing different options available to me He left the work area neat and clean He did awesome job I would definitely would recommend your company to my Neighbors When you have an emergency
