Fantastic job. Way beyond. Dave came over within a couple hours, diagnosed our failing sump pump on one of coldest days of the year—a Friday. Said he’d come back on his day off to install on Monday. Then he learned he could drive 20 mikes and pick up the actual sump pump we needed —and come back & install THAT day. It was installed and running perfectly at 4:30 pm. The all-in price was very reasonable. The affiliation is with Blue Bear. We’ve had EXCELLENT experiences with both companies. Thanks!

I’ve had Keith brothers plumbing do a few of plumbing jobs in my house over the past two years ago. They have replaced a few toilets, sinks and showers. Stevie is the guy who makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years, Chris has the kind of technical know-how that makes NASA engineers jealous, and Grant… well, Grant might actually speak fluent pipe. Seriously, I think he negotiated with my water heater like a hostage negotiator …..and won.
What really blew me away wasn’t just their skill (and believe me, these guys are wizard-level adept at their craft), but their local pride. They’re hometown heroes who genuinely care about their customers and their community. You can tell they’re not just here to “do a job.” They’re here to make sure you’re taken care of, your home is protected, and your stress level drops faster than a flushed toilet.

P.S. My only regret is that they don’t offer a loyalty punch card. I will be recommending them to all friends and family in the area. Don’t waste your time with other companies that only care about making a quick buck, these guys are the real deal and they genuinely care about their customers
