I can't say about about RWC and the team that was put together to tackle a recent home renovation project, they were all top notch. I wouldn't use anyone else for future projects for fear of them not being handled as well!

We had extensive exterior work done on our home by Robert Way Construction in 2024 and we are very pleased with the results and the whole process. Rob was very easy to work with during the planning and his team and subcontractors really did a wonderful job. The project was finished on schedule and on budget. We would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Rob and his crew were very professional and did a great job replacing my front porch. The details to the corner modeling were impressive creating a great finish!

From the initial quote to the final walk through this team was professional, attentive and communicative. Older home meets extremely thorough, talented and hard working team and it equalled a fabulous outcome. The project was 23 window installations before one of the coldest winters we've had in a long time. We are very happy with the work!!!

Tim Drummey was very professional, however he did not follow up with workmanship and ensuring details from painting contractor, kitchen contractor and flooring contractor were correct. Estimate stated 2 coats of paint and only 1 was done. Flooring contractor did not install properly behind oven and now there are mice! Kitchen cabinets were not ordered properly and then not installed properly!
This company was referred to me by my insurance agency and I feel Robert Way Construction took advantage, knowing this was an insurance claim for thousands of dollars and as an owner of a rental property was not at the residence to oversee every step. Do yourself a favor and research who you hire. I take full responsibility for being taken advantage of as I did not get 3 quotes and trusted my insurance agents referral!

I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a project. I was informed about the process on the phone and that an estimate would take 2 weeks from the visit to turn around. Robert visited my home and confirmed that I would receive in estimate in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and was told the soonest I'd receive anything back would be in an... another 2 weeks. This was not only a waste of my time and energy, time in which I could have been pursuing estimates with other contractors, but it's also incredibly telling about the process and how they value their word when it comes to timing on deliverables. It's important to have a contractor that is honest on their timeline and meeting deadlines that they give you. Robert seemed like a nice guy but the lack of communication, honesty about timelines and disorganization is a massive red flag when it comes to a contractor. Just happy we figured this out before we were under construction!
