PEREZ Landscaping what can I say, these guys were AMAZING!! I have a large yard and they came and in one day transformed my yard, watching grass grow is like watching paint dry but in one week I see my new grass coming in and I am so excited!! Perez Landscaping redid my whole front yard. They were careful and clean. They did not make me wait and finished the entire job in less 2 days. Unfortunately, under closer inspection, the loam they used was trash. Found bits of glass in it and lawn did not grow well at all. Get what you pay for.
