PEREZ Landscaping what can I say, these guys were AMAZING!! I have a large yard and they came and in one day transformed my yard, watching grass grow is like watching paint dry but in one week I see my new grass coming in and I am so excited!! They were fast, they were efficient, pricing very reasonable I will be using PEREZ for all my landscaping needs

Perez Landscaping redid my whole front yard. They were careful and clean. They did not make me wait and finished the entire job in less 2 days. Unfortunately, under closer inspection, the loam they used was trash. Found bits of glass in it and lawn did not grow well at all. Get what you pay for.

From start to finish, working with Perez was a pleasure. He promptly answered my email and always showed up at exactly the scheduled time. Upon completion, he left the site cleaner than it was at the start. In the end, I had beautiful brick and granite front steps and a chimney that looked like new. He even painted the old iron railing which was an extra. As mentioned by others, perez is extremely polite, is a man of integrity, and takes great pride in his work. Dereeik and his associate arrived prior to 8AM and worked all day tearing up trees, etc. and adding mulch. They also trimmed back a tree and bushes in the back and front of the house. They were so hard working in 90 degree weather and gave great ideas for future work. All areas they worked on look great and they cleaned up beautifully. Would highly recommend Cedars Landscaping! I contacted someone to come by my house and do a spring clean up, but this person gave me the runaround and never showed up. I called George and asked if he has time to come look at my property on a Monday, by Tuesday he had my whole front and back yard cleaned up. He was very professional and got the job done for me without a question.
