Had some work done, now our faucet is leaking, toilet shakes and runs the water, and our outside spicket does not run water, now they refuse to answer my phone calls and refuse to return to fix their work. Disgraceful, do yourself a favor and get a real plumbing company.
Update: now a tub is leaking, and the fact that I am now being bashed by Duncan for their hack work is completely ridiculous, they do know me and they were on site...this just goes to show you what kind of company they are with the inability to own up to their mistakes. The plumber was Jeremy Smith, their only employee...but they havent worked with me or know me 🤔🤔🤔
