Will never return again. Charged me $40 for 2 Coreopsis plants.... and ALL of the flower stalks fell off the plant when I went to plant them. I've never had that happen before. They were on the back of a bottom shelve on a rack - but Robbins still managed to charge me $20 dollars for each plant. I returned the next day with the plants and showed them the branches FELL RIGHT OFF... they said they would not take them back "Because they were Perennials". The second excuse they gave me was "they were healthy when they left the store". They were not healthy. The RUDE Manager just turned around and shut the office door on me. Robbins Garden Center makes a ton of money and when they sell someone defective plants, they should be fair to the customers. Instead they chose to be RUDE after selling defective plants. Will never return to this store- EVER!

I’d give no stars if possible. Dishonest, poor customer service and owner doesn’t care about customers. Refund “processed” for cancelled order multiple times yet no refund received. Run around every time we called. Will take business to another small business who values their customers.

We called Robbins the first time about a problem with our pellet stove, they appeared to fix the problem, although it seemed overpriced for only an hour of work. A few weeks later, we called about the same problem as the stove would not start again. Once again Robbins came out to fix the problem and do a "full cleaning". Once again we were overcharged as the problem is now back a week later. Another company came out to look at the stove and said it looked like the stove had never even been cleaned. Upon calling Robbins, the manager was rude and would not listen to anything we had to say. Would give zero stars if possible. Will never do business with them again.

Been going there for 35 years. Never had a problem. Great family and hard workers. Their dirt products are perfect for gardening.

What’s with the shady receipts from this place? I run a business & they either don’t give one or I get one with no prices on my receipts. Also the price change depending on who is serving me. Do better.

I spent well over $1000 on pellets from them. Their deivery was supposed to be july,they left me a message aug..ok..no prob. I call today to set it up and it was 1 ton pallets instead of 1.5, so changed again to sept...again no big deal. I called in march about a bad bag...no problem,bring it in and we will exchange it. I mentioned i still had that bag...they wanted it by April 1st...well, thanks for telling me!!! I got such a condescending talking too. I even heard her put the phone down and pick it up aggravated. I dont know their business anymore than they know how to to my job. Ill be looking elsewhere for next year.

A business deal gone bad with another company was rescued by the folks at Robbins. They accepted enviro-bloc in return for pellets at no additional charge. Even picked them up for us! They also scheduled the second delivery of pellets that arrived last week, right on time as scheduled. Like anyplace, availability and pricing are driven by what the market does so plan in advance for what you need. As far as politeness goes, You usually get back what you deliver to folks. I always get back a smile. Cheers :<}

Robbins garden has been around for a long time and is a trusted name. They are very diversified, from landscaping materials by the truckload, to pellets by the ton to keep you warm. They have a good variety of plants and veggies, as well as ornamental plants and outdoor furniture. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to get to right off of rt 395 and rt 12 Oxford, Ma.

Ordered 3 ton of pellets in July 2023 and only received one ton in November. Now chasing them for a refund - check has been put in the mail 6 times now but to no avail. Woman keeps blaming the post office. Long time customer lost
