We’ve used AAirsystems for years to maintain our heating/air conditioning system (air source hat pump and split unit). Given the extreme temperatures we see in New England it’s imperative that our heating system function properly. With the inspection of our system today, all systems were checked to ensure they functioned properly and a potential future issue was explained, with corrective action taken and I was shown how to check it in the future and to call should there be any issues. Also, we’ve upgraded our system over the years using AAirsystems and have found both capital as well as ongoing maintenance costs to be very reasonable. Highly recommended!

AAIR installed our Bryant AC & Gas system a few years ago and did so on time and on budget - without any issues or surprises.
Since the install, i purchased the annual maintenance on both the AC and gas furnace. Their service technicians are both professional and responsive! I highly recommend AAIR.

Top notch customer service! Easy to call and ask questions. The two young men that came to do the install and the electrician were kind, helpful and professional. My dog loved them too! Dogs know good people! They liked my dog too which is important because she is part of my family and they treated her with kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend everyone at AAirsystems!

On 8-8-23 Trevor, Cameron, Caiden, and Tyler showed up at the scheduled time to install the mini-split system that Ryan and I had agreed upon a few weeks ago. I had multiple contractors come out, give their assessments and prices, but Ryan's was the best, by a significant margin. An all Mitsubishi system, with control access both via a wireless control for each unit on site, but also remote access via the cell phone from anywhere. The Nest thermostats that were also installed, but not part of the initial mini-split system, are digital on site, but also are remote access via the cell phone from anywhere as well. A 12 year guarantee on the parts, one year on labor, as well as the current rebate program, only underscored the value of the investment. Given the current, hot, humid weather, the difference this system provided in just the first 24 hours was amazing. I should have done this years ago. The knowledge and skill of the installation crew was impressive. They clearly know their profession very well and were easy to work with. All in all, I don't think this project could have possibly gone better. It went from dealing with noisy window units in the morning to a completed, quiet, mini-split system in the afternoon. It was a vast improvement. If you are looking for a system, call Ryan at AAIR Systems you won't be disappointed. They hit it out of the park.

On time, non stop work till job was completed. Exceptional clean up and the most courteous members of Ryan's team. People like Ryan and his men are far and few between.

Tyler showed up and went right to work diagnosing my issues with a new water heater.
After changing a couple settings we did some tests and there seemed to be an improvement.
He would not leave till I was sure it was ok but time will tell. 3showers today and it was better than yesterday. S O. F A R. S O. G O O D!,,,,,,,,

I can't say enough positive things about AAIR Systems Technologies. From my first outreach, to the final installation, I give them 5 stars. Ryan Casavant was super responsive in the sales process and walked us through the process without pressure. Audra kept us informed on the paperwork side and continues to follow up during the rebate process. For the install, Trevor and his team were awesome. Trevor kept me up to speed throughout the 3 days with progress and tutorials on how everything works; including a detailed walk-through after all was complete. The team cleaned up after their work each day. They were even extra loving to our dog, who acted as their foreman during their work; and our 2nd dog who is a bit on the anxious side! I would recommend AAIR Systems Technologies in a heartbeat, and already have been doing so. Great job to this team!

I called AAIR Systems on a Thursday night because heating system wasn't working, Ryan was over first thing Friday morning. He had the problem fixed and my heat up and running in no time. I'm very please and will definitely be calling him for any future issues.

I have been having issues with my mini splits for 8 months. The original company that I had been dealing with was unable to figure out the issue after being called back several times and costing me a substantial amount of money replacing parts that probably didn't need replacement. Once AAir Systems Technology took on the challenge, within a day they had an answer to my issue. Just waiting on the install of the defective unit. Thanks go out to the entire staff for working to get this resolved. Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and were concerned to get this fixed.

Tyler was awesome. He diagnosed and resolved the furnace issue in minutes, and had the heat restored in about 40 min. from start to finish! I had other people look at it before I called AIRR Systems Technologies, but I got poor service and an extremely high bill, over 850.00 and the problem came back the same day.
If I ever have a problem going forward, I will be sure to call AIRR Systems first!!!!

Everyone there is friendly and kind. Both Ryan and Trevor came to service my boiler they were professional knowledge personable. The service was excellent. I am so grateful they were able to assist with my heat issue and put meat ease right away

Ryan was very knowledgeable In helping us replace our 19 year old HVAC system. We told him our specific needs and he sold and installed the system in a very timely manner. They also filed for the rebate for us. Very happy with our new system and look forward to using them again to replace our other system

One company claimed we had a leaking AC/condenser. We called Aair Systems get a second quote on a replacing the unit with a heat pump. Of all the HVAC companies we talked to replacement, they were the only ones who suggested we first look if the existing unit was still under warranty and they did the leg work.

Turns out it was. I really appreciate their honesty and will be calling them when we do eventually need a replacement.

Aair systems replaced our 15 year old systems with all new Bosch A/C and heat pumps with air handlers. They did a fantastic job and took their time to make sure that they explained everything to us so there was no questions of how the systems worked or how to operate it!!
