Worse customer service - refused to come back to replace part - lady on the phone was rude and would not listen.
I had tech out and we agreed that a part needed replacing - said they could do it for $90 - I told them I could do it - he said ok and never mentioned anything else - part did not fix it - called again and that was the response from the lady - asked to talk to manager and she hung up - DO NOT use them

Took the day off and the technician didn’t show up. Tried calling them and keep moving the appointment to later in the day. At the end of the day they totally went silent. Go find someone else and don’t use this company
