I called for firewood delivery twice, but nobody answered the phone ((during open hours too)). I used to get a cord from them every couple of years.... good wood, speedy delivery.

Great price & excellent customer service. Completed the work as requested h on time. Cleaned up after themselves. Andrew was even kind enough to drop off additional wood chips.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, EXTREMELY Disappointing that a company would make the effort to inspect property, give an estimate, schedule a job and then never show up or return a Phone Call.

I called and schedule appointment to prune couple trees in my small back yard. Andrew came out said it was an easy job, gave me a price said he would be back the next week, that was May 30th - He never SHOWED UP. I waited three weeks before calling to see if something happened to delay the job. Over several days, I left three messages and never received a call back. MY 4th call to the office was last Tuesday, Andrew answered, gave no explanation for not returning the calls or for Not doing the job they scheduled to do. He told me he would definitely be at my house on Friday and
take care of the property. Guess what. HE NEVER SHOWED UP.

I left two messages as I waited , THEY NEVER RETURNED A CALL AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. How can anyone run a business by scheduling to do work and never doing it?.

Terrible experience.

Andrew & his team came to my house in Peabody to get rid of a tree that fell in my backyard. They removed the fallen tree, cut the rest of it down and pruned a bunch of pine trees in my backyard and it looks fantastic. They left the yard cleaner than it was before they got here. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again. I had done some pruning myself and never got rid of the branches and they even took those for me. A+

Lobel Tree service is a cut above the rest. They have worked on my parents house for years and have always done a phenomenal job. They clean up the site and do what is asked in a timely manner. If you need tree service, this is the person to use.

Had an eerily similar experience with the other person who rated this company poorly.

It was recommended to me and Andrew came by we went over what was to be done gave me a quote and set up a date. The weather that date was miserable so we agreed to reschedule.

I called a half dozen times just a voice message to leave and call back. The place isn’t far so one day I stopped and nothing. I asked my bud who is a contractor who hires him is he ok, something happen.

I got someone else but I’ve never seen anything like this and when I saw that other comment it was what I experienced.

I used Lobel Tree Service last week and I could not have been more pleased. They did everything they said they would and more. All their cutting was very controlled and organized. They cleaned the ares they worked in cleaner than they were prior to their arrival. I think their prices where fair. Friendly , hard working company.

They just left my house after removing a huge White Pine, Japanese Maple, and trimmed a large Chestnut tree that was hanging over my property line from my neighbors yard. They did an incredible job, were courteous, and cleaned up as though nothing happened. This was my first time using them and they were very patient with me asking lots of questions, answering every single one. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Please include them in any estimates that you may be getting so you have a chance to meet them, I think you will love them!

I found Lobel's Tree Service online recently when searching for seasoned firewood, which is in short supply these days.

I left a message with the office and the owner, Andrew Lobel, called me back to say he had a half cord and would I be interested. His crew delivered it to our home in Middleton the next day.
