Brought small area rug to be cleaned because my daughter's dog had peed on it. Paid for urine treatment. Rug smelled funky when we took it out of plastic. Got new pad for rug, etc. And dog peed on it the first night he stayed here. Called nicole but they were unwilling to do anything. Poor work and lousy service. I've been a customer for years, but they've lost my business.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule appointment. DJ arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. Rug looks so much better! Pricing was very affordable. It is nice to know the rug is clean again.
