This year we had C&C re-grade part of our yard, rebuild part of a retaining wall, loom and hydro seed the yard and do our fall cleanup. Our yard has never looked so good. Not only are they experts at what they do but their price is great and their communication is unmatched.

Just hired C&C this year and have had a fantastic experience. Not only do they take care of the norm, the head of the company came out to help me design my yard and troubleshoot issues that are above his pay grade. If you live in Peabody or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend them.

They are the best. I woukd greatly recommend them to anyone. They were great at everything they did for me. I had a clay and rocks piece of land and they transformed it to a paradise. I had some garden bed and edging installed. They did my irrigation system. Covered up my yard with soil and installed grass. Super easy to work with and did an amazing job.

Andrew and his team are great. They are professional, friendly and get the job done in a timely fashion. Andrew was able to transform our not so child friendly backyard into a child’s paradise that our son and dogs love. We also had an unexpected issue with our fence that they were able to fix without any issues. They are basically a one stop shop for backyard needs and more. I can’t recommend them enough!

Andrew and the team at Down East did an amazing job on a full backyard replacement/renovation! They installed a beautiful ipe fence, built a custom build trash enclosure and bench, installed artificial turf and stone hardscaping. From the design phase through the final details, Andrew was responsive, professional and flexible as we worked through the project. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Andrew and his team were outstanding. I needed to have a retaining wall repaired and Andrew responded right away and came out and sent me an estimate. I accepted his estimate and he kept me the loop about when his team would be coming to due the work and they showed up and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend Down East.

The only thing we knew was that our whole yard needed an over haul.
We figured we would start out front and on the side. We had no real ideas as to what we wanted. When we talked with the owner, he had ideas of building some walls on both sides of the house and tying it in with a small wall in the front. We are thrilled with the planting choices they came up with. We also had our front walkway redone with gorgeous pavers that this picture doesn't do justice too. They tied this into our front driveway. Due to the upcoming winter weather, the grass will be installed in spring and that's ok, because I can use the time to
sit with Andrew and his team to discuss our backyard reno for 2019. Maybe a professional putting green? Highly recommend DownEast Landscape.
