I called for firewood delivery twice, but nobody answered the phone ((during open hours too)). I used to get a cord from them every couple of years.... good wood, speedy delivery.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, EXTREMELY Disappointing that a company would make the effort to inspect property, give an estimate, schedule a job and then never show up or return a Phone Call.

I called and schedule appointment to prune couple trees in my small back yard. Andrew came out said it was an easy job, gave me a price said he would be back the next week, that was May 30th - He never SHOWED UP. I waited three weeks before calling to see if something happened to delay the job. Over several days, I left three messages and never received a call back. MY 4th call to the office was last Tuesday, Andrew answered, gave no explanation for not returning the calls or for Not doing the job they scheduled to do. He told me he would definitely be at my house on Friday and
take care of the property. Guess what. HE NEVER SHOWED UP.

I left two messages as I waited , THEY NEVER RETURNED A CALL AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. How can anyone run a business by scheduling to do work and never doing it?.

Terrible experience.

Had an eerily similar experience with the other person who rated this company poorly.

It was recommended to me and Andrew came by we went over what was to be done gave me a quote and set up a date. The weather that date was miserable so we agreed to reschedule.

I called a half dozen times just a voice message to leave and call back. The place isn’t far so one day I stopped and nothing. I asked my bud who is a contractor who hires him is he ok, something happen.

I got someone else but I’ve never seen anything like this and when I saw that other comment it was what I experienced.
