Exceptional service, install and timeline! Made the right choice going with East Coast for install of Heating/AC central unit for a 70 year old Cape Cod cottage. Tim Good and his team provided the right recommendation on the unit that fits nicely with cottage atmosphere. Timely install with friendly and respectable crew that was all top notch and very clean. Scheduling the install was an ease. Tim continued to provide excellent customer service who went above and beyond from keeping updates on the installers timetable, next steps, post install check-in along with helping drive the document process for Mass Save rebate. Great company that focuses on quality and service. Complete professionals. Extremely pleased with the products and service from East Coast.

If you’re looking to have mini-splits installed. Look no further, this is THE company to go to. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with East Coast Mini Splits & Heat Pumps and Tim Good (sales person). This is how one would hope doing business with a company/person should always be like – a company that has competitive pricing, really knows what they are doing, takes real pride in the work they do, consistently communicates what is happening and what is going to happen, and keeps their word. My experience with East Coast Mini Splits has been nothing short of impressive. Tim Good is a fantastic person and worth his weight in gold. He really works with you, is a straight shooter, proactively communicates on a consistent basis, and really cares about his customers. He is truly a breath of fresh air in today’s world. The installation of our 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits at our home in the Cape was done well and efficiently. These guys are fanastic!

We got 5 bids for mini-splits. East Coast was competitive on their pricing, and their customer service all the way through was OUTSTANDING! Tim Good is the guy you want to talk to. They did a great job installing our mini-splits - leaving a clean job site and ensuring consistent proactive communication. I can’t recommend them enough. They were terrific.
