We’ve used Thrasher Plumbing for several years and couldn’t be happier with their service! They have done regular maintenance of our hvac, installed our tankless water heater, and fixed various issues for us. They are responsive and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Two nice and very competent men came out to service our water heater and to replace a part that needed replacing. They arrived at the time promised, got right to work, kept me informed of what they were doing and left the water heater area spotless. Most importantly, they fixed the issue we were having. We’ve used Thrasher before, when we did a bathroom and kitchen remodel. We only have praise for the work they have done for us!

They came for a boiler service. Tom always does a good job.

Extremely expensive service. Quality of work seems to be good. Never received a quote as promised.

This is the epitome of s bait and switch company. They charged $255 for labor for just 47 min. They said that the 20 min of travel needs to be calculated in. This is an awful company. I sent a check for an above average hourly rate and the check was sent back. Avoid avoid avoid. I am contacting the BBB and attorney general for deceptive business practices.

call to get an estimate for having a simple Gas Line run from a propane tank to a barbecue. Was told the estimate would cost me $165 for the privilege of having somebody come out and look at my property. I've never had to pay for an estimate in my life

Called in to schedule some work. After putting me on hold and listening to our issue she told me they aren't taking customers and hung up. Probably the most unprofessional interaction I have experienced. Laughable business. The woman taking calls should be fired.

In the past, Thrasher has been my plumber of choice, however, the past two times I have called, I have spoken to their on call service and have not even received a phone call back. I am not sure what is going on with them but this is not the service I expect from a company that I have dealt with several times in the past. If my job is "too small" please tell me so that I am not waiting around for a phone call instead of calling another plumber.
