Mr lodge is very professional and was right on time. A part for my oil furnace stopped working and he replaced it within a day.

Stephen was so nice. He came to look in on my heating system. Gave me his opinion on what was needed and the cost. Great doing business with him and will again.

The whole experience was a nightmare from beginning of project. System was not wired correctly and draining was not properly installed. We now have company replacing the circuit board because of faulty wiring. Only a few months of working which the tech was surprised it ran at all. Please be forewarned. Do not want anyone else going this terrible experience.

We had an emergency repair needed on the coldest day. We called and Steve arrived in an hour. He could not have been more helpful solving our furnace issue. I would recommend their service.

Woke up to 43 degrees on the thermostat and could see our breath in the kitchen! We called Steve and he was there in just a few hours and fixed my furnace quickly to get us back up and running! I would absolutely recommend this to any friend. Huge comfort knowing we can call them in a pinch!

BUYER BEWARE!! Stephen Lodge installed my heating system in September 2021 it hasn’t worked properly from the beginning. He even put my thermostat in the workroom in the basement. I’ve complained to him multiple times but he refuses to come back to fix his mistakes even after ALL the money I gave him!! Red taillight warranty for this company do Not waste your hard earned money!!

Steven at Cool comfort was the BEST. Woke up to a 44 degree home and he came right out and fixed our heat. We are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend this company

Cool Comfort was able to come out to our house in the late afternoon/evening hours with only a few hours notice to repair our broken air conditioning unit. Company was repsonsive and efficient and had the part on hand to successfully fix the problem. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Took a 15k deposit for a full house hvac heat pump system. Never purchased supplies, no showed the installation dates, did not respond when attempted contact. Said he'd refund but to this day still haven't received it. Police are involved, stay as far away as you can. 100% FRAUD. Most if not all the reviews are fake.

Great service for my Ductless heat pump, the tech came and fixed my heat pump and got me up and running until we install new Daikin system.
Got me Big Mass Save rebate and brand new efficient Daikin mini split system. Highly recommend Cool Comfort Services.

Don't believe these 5 star reviews....my experience with this business and Stephen has been terrible. Fast enough to cash check but after that nothing has happened....no shows....no installation...no calls...no texts...no replies...unfulfilled promises....Terrible!!!!!

I put a 1 star review up 3 weeks ago (see above) about Cool Comfort Services ripping me off of $5500. Stephen cashed the check 4 months ago and to date has NOT done the work. He made 3 appointments that he didn't show for nor would he get back to me via texts or voice mails. He responded in the review that he will check into it because Cool Comfort won't allow this type of thing. AGAIN: DONT believe HIM Nor these 5 star reviews. He stole my deposit ($5500) and ghosted me. This is a horrible situation that has caused me so much stress. I just don't want anyone else to experience the same thing!

Technician Stephen was kind and professional. He responded to my call and made it to my house same day to check on the issue I described. He explained the nature of the problem in good detail and proposed a couple solutions. We decided wait on modifications as it would involve some construction (and I'm not ready to cut into walls). Considering it was a simple diagnostic visit that took less than an hour, the fee was higher than I would have liked. $150 might be industry standard, but I assumed the service provided fell under "furnace service call" which was listed at $113.85 on their site (as were most diagnostic services).

I had Cool Comfort out to upgrade
my AC system. They gave me a great price and set me up with financing to keep my payments low and installed a new Heat Pump system. They installed the Ductless Heat & AC quick and efficiently, and put new ducted unit in attic even in the extreme heat. Overall I would recommend because they were. respectful, professional, and did a great job.
