We had a great experience with Capeway Plumbing! They installed our tankless hot water heater and did a terrific job. They were on time, competitively priced and had excellent communication throughout the process. We’ve also reached out to them since for smaller issues (including some user error on our end), and they were quite helpful explaining what we did wrong and how to fix it. Highly recommend Capeway Plumbing for both big and small jobs.

John and his team were awesome! Our hot water heater kicked the bucket and they were out the next day to fix it.

It was a pleasure working with Capeway Plumbing and Heating from talking with Wendy in the office to Andrew coming out to my house to disconnect my old dishwasher and install a new one. I would highly recommend using Capeway. I called them and the same day they came out to help me. They went out of their way to make the entire experience as seamless as possible. Without hesitation I would recommend Capeway!

Amazing customer service. Called and they came over that day right before a holiday weekend. Extremely reasonable price. They’ve done work twice to my house and it’s always been efficient and professional. Highly recommend if you live on or close to the cape.

Fantastic experience. Had a couple of leaks in the vent hose from the drier. Call in the a.m., Caleb and Chase were here at half past noon. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, went the extra mile to make sure they found all the leaks - there were 3. And replaced builder's screws to the vent on outside of house that would have rusted. Professional, friendly, excellent fast service, reasonable price. Capeway will be my go-to plumber! Highly recommend!

I had a pipe burst in my basement, caused flooding. I call capeway and they came within a few days. Other companies usually take a lot longer. Will was very polite and efficient. He explained everything to me. The prices are great too! Definitely recommend this company

Quick response, friendly and hard workers.
We had an old hot water tank that broke and made a mess on the floor with leaking water. When we called this company, they were working on other customers but still told us to shut off the gas and water to connect to the broken tank. Soon after Will finished that customer he came to our house and cleaned up the mess. We got a new hot water system within 2 days. We are lucky to find this company.

My husband (a retired builder) needed a plumber on the outer cape for our new ADU. He contacted a past sub, and five others but no serious response. He called three off cape companies and Capeway Plumbing came out the next day, looked at the job, we agreed on a price and the following day a crew was out doing the rough in. The work is well done, the techs are very competent and seem to have a good work ethic. We did not have any billing surprises and we appreciated the fact that they wanted to get a good start before asking for upfront money.

If your project is on the lower cape, do not hesitate to give them a call, they just might surprise you.

Todd was great to work with and did a terrific job installing an entire new heating system in our 1850 house.
