To start, the final result was amazing! We had black streaks on our shingles, moss, etc growing on the north side of the house and it all came off and is like new. We were concerned as there are gardens all around the house but watching them for 5 minutes allayed all of our fears. The roof was cleaned with low pressure and there really wasn't any mist floating everywhere. There was a second person who watched for overspray or dripping outside of our gutters and was immediately cleaned up. I would advise anyone needing a roof cleaned to call them right away. Very professional and just a joy to work with.

I am so impressed with Even Flow Pressure Washing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Rob and his crew came to my 90-year old mother's house to use low pressure washing to clean the moss buildup from her roof. We had just had issues with our well and well pump (plus we are currently in a drought), and I had expressed my concerns to Rob with using my mother's low level of well water. Rob used a creative way to bring his own water with him and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness! Rob and his crew are professional, respectful, thoughtful, creative, helpful with advice, friendly, kind and they do excellent work! They washed/cleaned my mother's roof thoroughly and, once the job was completed, they pointed out & advised me of some things that needed further attention (loose shingles replaced, overhanging branches trimmed).
