Reviews of local pros in Princeton, Massachusetts

To start, the final result was amazing! We had black streaks on our shingles, moss, etc growing on the north side of the house and it all came off and is like new. We were concerned as there are gardens all around the house but watching them for 5 minutes allayed all of our fears. The roof was cleaned with low pressure and there really wasn't any mist floating everywhere. There was a second person who watched for overspray or dripping outside of our gutters and was immediately cleaned up. I would advise anyone needing a roof cleaned to call them right away. Very professional and just a joy to work with.

We were very pleased with the quick response and great work done by Rob and Even Flow - front of the house doesn't get sun so mildew and dirt accumulated over years. Looks new now! Greta people and company and easy to work with; highly recommended.

Rob first came to power wash my decks - what a fantasy job - everything looks brand new. I had him back to do my roof - again great experience- don’t hesitate to hire him …

Rob did an incredible job cleaning our home. It was so dirty and loaded with green moss. He got our house - and our gutters - whistle clean! Everything looks brand new!! I would highly recommend them!

I have used Even Flow several times and have not hesitated to recommend it to others. Rob and his wife are a pleasure to work with, taking great pride in what they do and ensuring complete satisfaction. From quote to completion, very professional.

Rob did an excellent job cleaning our siding. He was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend his service to anyone interested in a high quality result.

Even flow was informative about what was needed at our home and even told us that we didn’t need a high pressure wash which wasn’t said by other contractors. Rob was on time and you can tell he really cares about his projects. Would recommend them over and over!

I had an excellent experience with the Even Flow professionals. They were responsive, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job cleaning my house, deck, and walkways. The difference is amazing. I highly recommend this business and will surely use them in the future.

Rob was very easy to work with and shifted his schedule around to get our house and roof washed as soon as possible. Very happy with the results!

Rob was friendly, responsive, and professional. He took the time to really look over my property to suggest the best services I would need from him, and provided an excellent quality of work. I would absolutely recommend Even Flow to anyone needing external cleaning services for their home!

Rob did an excellent job cleaning the moss off the roof of my house and shed. Cleaned the algae off of my front steps and my siding. My whole house came out fantastic. Couldn't be happier. GREAT WORK!!!

The vinyl siding on our house looks great and the North side of our roof no longer have those black streaks. Rob was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. I would use Even Flow Pressure Washing again.

I cannot say enough good things about Even Flow Pressure Washing! Rob has an in-depth knowledge of house and roof washing. The results are amazing. The house, roof, walkways and deck look like new. If you are in search of a quality house wash at a reasonable price, look no further than Even Flow.

I had Rob from Even Flow clean the siding on my house. He was very detailed and professional from the advice during the estimate and through the cleaning. On top of all that he was very friendly. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and of course will have him back in the future.

Did a wonderful job removing green mold from my house and deck. It looks great!
I feel more confident now to refresh the deck with a fresh coat of paint without having to clean it first. Very pleased, will hire company again.

I am so impressed with Even Flow Pressure Washing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Rob and his crew came to my 90-year old mother's house to use low pressure washing to clean the moss buildup from her roof. We had just had issues with our well and well pump (plus we are currently in a drought), and I had expressed my concerns to Rob with using my mother's low level of well water. Rob used a creative way to bring his own water with him and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness! Rob and his crew are professional, respectful, thoughtful, creative, helpful with advice, friendly, kind and they do excellent work! They washed/cleaned my mother's roof thoroughly and, once the job was completed, they pointed out & advised me of some things that needed further attention (loose shingles replaced, overhanging branches trimmed). Please don't hesitate to give Even Flow Pressure Washing a phone call, it will be the smartest decision you ever make!

Extremely professional, friendly company! Highly responsive to inquiries. They cleaned my garage and house roof as well as the underside of my gutters. We had a good amount of moss on one section, lichen and some very dark staining. After they were finished, the moss was gone and the staining matched up with the original roof color. Amazing transformation! They also took the time to explain what they were doing, why and the benefits of the cleaning process. They left my yard clean and tidy. We highly recommend Even Flow and will call on them again for any future cleanings!

I hired Rob to clean the roof of my house and garage and wash house. He was very informative and did everything he said he would do and was on time and did a great job! Will definitely recommend and I will use him again!

We recently purchased a new home and it is in need of some TLC. One of the first things I wanted to have done was a nice exterior wash to give us a nice clean start as we start to tackle other projects around the home. Rob was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was out within several weeks to soft wash the siding and roof. He and his wife took only a few hours to get the job done, and they did a great job! It's hard to tell just how dirty your home is until you see it clean. Rob was very easy going and respectful and they made quick work of the project. I prefer dealing with smaller, local companies for jobs like this because I like networking and making connections with my neighbors. I am very happy I decided to choose Rob and Even Flow Pressure Washing to revitalize my home.

Great communication- excellent knowledge- superb results! EvenFlow pressure washing did an exemplary job on cleaning our church in Princeton, MA. His work exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend him.

Rob was easy to deal with and - along with Alyssa - did an outstanding job on the whole house, trim, deck, part of roof with algae, and the common section of vinyl fencing! I will plan to use him as needed in the future to maintain the "new" look for the house.
