I can’t say enough good things about Calcia Tree Services. This is the third time I’ve hired John and his son Nick, and every experience has been just as solid as the last—they’re the kind of people you actually want to work with: down-to-earth, responsive, and committed to doing the job right.
They took down two trees for me and handled a particularly tricky removal near the road and power lines with total confidence and precision. They also cleaned up several canopy trees that really needed attention, and later came back to grind the stump without any hassle.
What really stands out is the extra effort. They didn’t just finish and leave—they brought in two yards of material to help repair lawn damage from the equipment, which says a lot about the pride they take in their work.
I’ve also recommended them to friends, and they delivered the same level of quality for them as well. Fair pricing, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again—and I absolutely will.

Nick came to my house and helped cut down a tree I was afraid was going to fall on my house. He showed up quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. I recommended him to everyone!

John was absolutely Fantastic! His estimate was so!! reasonable compared to other estimates.
He went far above my expectations!
I noted a couple extra large branches that I wanted to take down. Not in the estimate. He said sure and cleaned up even more!
I tried to pay him extra but he wouldn’t take it.!
He said save it for the next time.
Wow! I felt like I owed him at the end of his outstanding service!! Not me that I need to say.
