Boston Electric Solutions completed a replacement of all my smoke detectors. It was easy to schedule within a very reasonable timeline. The office manager Jess was extremely helpful and friendly with answering my questions. When she didn’t know the answer she followed up and quickly got back to me. The technician who came out was friendly and made his plans clear to me. Overall, a very positive experience and I would confidently recommend Boston Electric Solutions.

Our condo building had an electrical problem resulting in power outages in some of the units. They had a crew respond within an hour after the call. Their team diagnosed the problem quickly and proposed a temporary solution to ensure everyone had heat until they could provide emergency power to the building and come up with a permanent solution. The crew they sent were outstanding, professional and extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough.
