I had an appointment scheduled from 8-10am. The cleaner called me at 8:20 and said he would be here between 9 and 9:30. It is now 10:15 and he is still not here. I called him at 9:30 and he said he needed to fill up his truck and didn't realize someone had used it the day before and left it empty. Which tells me I am his first appointment of the day. I called the number I originally booked with and the person that answer was unprofessional and I could barely understand him. And when I told him I couldn't understand him, he did not make an effort to speak clearer or louder. This has been a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would need recomend this company or use them again.

We hired Jimmy to clean our carpet because he had been highly recommended. I'm happy to say he did not disappoint. This is a man who takes pride in and enjoys what he does. He took his time. I mean the guy vacuumed first for close to 45 minutes before he even started the actually steam cleaning!! And our apartment really isn't that big. Even after he had vacuumed, the carpet already looked so much better. When he was finished with the steam cleaning, the carpet looked so fresh. He told me it would look even better when it dried and it sure did and still does! Wouldn't use anyone else moving forward.

Highly recommend! I called Jimmy on a Sunday and he was here within 30 minutes and cleaned and deodorized 2 area rugs. The price was better than if I dropped the rugs off somewhere not to mention the time I was saved from having to roll the rugs up and transport them. I saved Jimmy to my contacts.

We hired Jimmy to clean an ANCIENT emerald green carpet in a tricky location that came with our new house. By the time he was finished, Jimmy had it looking like new and we could not be more satisfied with the job he did. Not only that, but Jimmy himself is a very honest and friendly guy, a real class act! He arrived to the job early, was incredibly funny and personable, and offered by far the best price of the 4-5 companies we contacted. Protect Jimmy at all costs!!! I didn’t know getting a rug cleaned could be such a positive experience. Called him to refresh a wool area rug that had seen an unfortunate (long dried) wine spill. He checked every box! Cleaned the rug AND stain, had a great sense of humor, time efficient, and very honest pricing. I wish I had more rugs to get cleaned! BOOK HIM!!!
