Absolutely phenomenal service. I hired them for a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms, and I am beyond impressed. They cleaned inside the fridge, and I have never seen our stove, oven, or bathrooms look this spotless—not even when we first moved in. I had an appointment scheduled from 8-10am. The cleaner called me at 8:20 and said he would be here between 9 and 9:30. It is now 10:15 and he is still not here. I called him at 9:30 and he said he needed to fill up his truck and didn't realize someone had used it the day before and left it empty. Which tells me I am his first appointment of the day. I called the number I originally booked with and the person that answer was unprofessional and I could barely understand him. And when I told him I couldn't understand him, he did not make an effort to speak clearer or louder. This has been a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would need recomend this company or use them again.

Jimmy does an amazing job at an affordable price. We gave him a real challenge with our basement that sees heavy use and stains from the kids and dogs, and he came through with flying colors! I 100% recommend him.

We hired Jimmy to clean our carpet because he had been highly recommended. I'm happy to say he did not disappoint. This is a man who takes pride in and enjoys what he does. He took his time. I mean the guy vacuumed first for close to 45 minutes before he even started the actually steam cleaning!! And our apartment really isn't that big. Even after he had vacuumed, the carpet already looked so much better. When he was finished with the steam cleaning, the carpet looked so fresh. He told me it would look even better when it dried and it sure did and still does! Wouldn't use anyone else moving forward.
