Highly recommend. Rory provided a detailed and competitive quote for repointing and rebuilding our exterior chimney, including cap rebuild and sealing the whole thing. His team started the work within days of us signing the quote, showed up on time everyday, and worked straight through until the project was finished. Everyone I interacted with within the company was extremely polite and courteous. They sealed our stone foundation and rock retaining wall for free and because they had the supplies on site. They thoroughly cleaned the work site when they were done, and the chimney is beautiful!

Rory and team came in on short notice, at our Boston residence, as our roofing project manager had identified that the chimney needed to be rebuilt and capped, prior to completing the roof. They provided a professional estimate, stepped in on short notice, rebuilt our chimney and then completed both masonry restoration and waterproofing for the entire brick exterior. The team was professional, they protected the exterior façade, they kept the job site clean, and worked around an extensive garden and landscaping. Rory and team were both professional and responsive from initial consultation to completion of the masonry restoration project. The brick work and waterproofing ensured a precise and durable finish that exceeded our expectations.

Our condo association hired Rory to repoint the back of our brownstone in the South End, and the results were excellent. He was professional, detail-oriented, and took great care to match the original mortar and preserve the building’s historic character.
Rory kept the site clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated clearly throughout. We highly recommend him for any masonry or repointing work—especially on older Boston homes.
