Had a wonderful experience with Eric C. and their apprentice Cameron O.
They came in for a inspection and pointed out where some parts were good with plumbing, and where of the issues would be long term. They gladly showed where and gave the cause of the issues and how to maintain it long term.
They were able to replace some valves same day on the inspection.

The good: technician came within 30 minutes. We agreed a flat fee of $79
The bad: After 15 minutes of looking, he told us that the heater is not working and we need to pay an extra $499 to further troubleshoot.Of course, i know our heating system is not working, so basically I paid $79 for confirmation that our heating system is not working 😅
