Can always rely on Molloy to do professional work in a timely fashion. I started using them for lawn maintenance and have recently had them install some granite steps for our patio. Have yet to disappoint with their service and support!

We use Molloy for our professional landscaping. We have always been pleased with their services from mowing to weeding to landscape design and maintenance. Their customer service has always been exceptional. They get the job done in an efficient and timely manner. They stand behind their work 100%.

Hiring Molloy was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our yard needed extensive cleanup after all the rain we had this summer. Molloy exceeded our expectations . Not only did they clean our yards , but also took tremendous care in weeding our flower beds

I started using Molloy to cut my grass a couple of years ago. Since then I have added spring and fall cleanups, mulch, fertilizing application, bulb planting, gutter cleaning, new bed installation etc. I am pleased with all of the work that has been done thus far and if I ever had an issue with a service, it is immediately responded to. John has built a great team, and this shows in the work that they do. I have referred many because they drove by and ask who does my lawn. Highly recommend.

Malloy has ghosted us! They did a great job in Fall 2023 to restore a small lawn and fed all of our shrubs but when I asked them to come back for some specific tasks (mostly relocating a few shrubs) they never got back to us. Bryce Malloy came out in March 2024 to look at the work we wanted to have done this spring and never got back to me with an estimate. I have called once/week since the end of March with NO REPLY. Office staff told me that Bryce didn’t have our email address (which I sent to them several times) but Malloy’s marketing department has managed to send me many emails/week.

Best decision we ever made. We got a sodded lawn done due to the amount of crab grass we had. It is beautiful and everyone has commented on this. They instructed us on how to take care of the lawn and now we use them for fertilization. I could not ask for better care. They are wonderful and cost is very acceptable. I would never go with another company. Extremely happy with Molloy.

The staff at Molloy Lawn and Landscaping have for over 5 years provided the best service and care for my property. Clean up after they visit, securing the access gates so I don’t have to worry about my dog and informing me about the application they used so not to impact the health of my dog or family. A great company to do business with and they are a local family owned company.

The Molloy landscaping team does a fantastic job. I’ve been using them for years. Very responsive to any requests, extremely timely, efficient and courteous. Always following up to make sure I am happy with the results and services. My yard looks great. HIGHLY recommend!!

Sent an email from their website asking that someone stop by and look our lawn over for aeration + overseeding for this year and regular lawn fertilization and weed control for next year. Cizy from their office emailed me and we set up an appointment for September 11 – someone from Molloy stopped by (I cannot remember his name) on that day and looked everything over. He was a very nice guy and sounded very knowledgeable about lawns, treatments, etc. and left assuring me that he would have an estimate to me later that day. So a couple days go by and I haven’t heard from the company so I call the office and Cizy informs me that the guy is working on the proposal and should have it to me the next day. So 2-3 more days go by and I get an email with the estimates for all the services I asked about. I call the office to schedule aeration and overseeding, speak with Cizy again and am told that it may take over a month for them to get to my house. Well, OK but I don’t want to wait that long since it will probably be really cold out then and I doubt that grass seed grows well when the temps drop quite a bit overnight and could she tell me definitively when someone would be able to come out for the overseeding + aeration. Cizy tells me that the person who does the scheduling is not in the office that day and would it be OK if they call me the next day and give me a firm date for the work. That’s no problem so I agree to wait till the next day. So that next day has turned into over three weeks and I’m still waiting for someone from Molloy Lawn & Landscaping to contact me with a date – when the phone wasn’t ringing I knew it was Molloy L&L not calling! Of course I found another company to do the work (one that responded promptly to my emails and phone calls).

Not sure what the problem is at Molloy – maybe they are too big, or disorganized or they just aren’t interested in obtaining a new customer. Maybe all three! Seems to me that when you have a potential customer looking for services that your company provides, you should do everything in your power to ensure all their questions are promptly answered so they will sign up for your services! I remember thinking that if Molloy L&L treats me like this before I sign on and give them my money, how will they treat me after they have my money? I did not like the answer that I envisioned for that question!

As a new customer I highly recommend Molloy, they did a fantastic job. The crew that came out was respectful and detail oriented leaving everything looking clean and sharp. I will definitely be using them going forwrd.

Molloy just planted a tree for me and I am thrilled with the results. Kristen and the entire team are easy to work with and thoroughly professional. They came to the house to look at the site, discuss tree types and good locations to plant. They worked on my schedule and made everything easy. And the tree looks great. It changed the whole look of my garden.

John and his crew turned a very underwhelming outdoor space into hardscape masterpiece for me. They were very professional, timely, and the quality of the work was fantastic. I would recommend Molloy to absolutely anyone for help with their lawn or landscaping needs

I have been using Molloy Lawn & Landscape for the last few weeks. When I first contacted them they gave me detailed pricing for each type of service offered. After I signed up, they were out the next week to start my lawn service. I am very happy with the work they have done so far. They also detail out dates and times they will be coming out for future service. I would recommend them for your lawn service needs.

After this summer's drought, our yard was a mess of dead grass and patches. Molloy recommended aeration and seeding. Molloy Landscaping turned my “house” into a “home.” What was once described by my family as a place that was “a bit of a drab” to visit, Molloy turned my house into an “everlasting paradise” that has now become the HQ for all family gatherings.

The owner is kind, attentive to detail, and extremely devoted to his work. Not a sight for sore eyes either! Recommend using their services any day of the week.

First time using them and won’t be coming back. Asked from the time of our initial estimate to give us a heads up before they come because we have a dog who hangs out in the backyard. They have now showed up three times without any sort of heads up. Fortunately, so far I have caught them before they open our back gate. My dog has never been aggressive, but no one loves an 80 pound unknown dog running at them. I would think that they would want to give their employees more safety, and make sure that they’re aware of what they’re walking into. We were told repeatedly (called twice after they showed up with no call) that we would receive a text the night before but didn’t. Additionally, because I had no heads up that they were coming, and no timeline of when they might show up during the month, we had left dog toys out in the back yard that were all thrown away. There’s no way that they weren’t seen before they were thrown away as they were large toys. That really makes me more mad than the lack of communication and this, overall, has been a disappointing experience.

They finally showed up today without any heads up. Because they did the spring cleanup a few weeks ago, all of the edging looks a total mess after several heavy rains with no mulch on it. The mulch was poorly applied and spread and looks totally messy; not a good job cleaning up when they were done. I used to own a landscaping company with my late husband and if our guys left anything looking like this, they’d be right back out there to fix it. Really disappointing job for >$2000
