Don't let them into your home!! Their crew did clean, but also decided to help themselves to some of the tenants personal belongings (computer, TV, clothing, furniture, etc.). After being confronted they returned several items, like the TV which was inoperable. A police report has been filed.

Very disappointing experience. The cleaners came but left immediately without doing any cleaning service. Payment had been left out as instructed, and after they left, the payment was gone, but no work had been done and no communication or explanation was given. Follow-up attempts have not been resolved. Would not recommend based on personal experience.

Look how bad the floor is!!
Terrible customer service, I paid $300 for a cleaning because I was moving, and even offered free items for them to take. When I got home, I couldn’t believe what a mess it still was. They didn’t even clean the floor!

Then when I messaged them and asked why they didn’t clean the floor, they tried to say “I purposely dirtied the floor and took that picture” WHAT? These people are psychos!

I've known Peyton, the owner of Town & Country Carpet Cleaning, for a considerable amount of time. I got his contact from a family member and I couldn't be more satisfied. Peyton has a special knack for making you feel at ease, he's very considerate, and always does an excellent job on my carpets. His carpet cleaning solution never leaves a disagreeable odor. Peyton concocts his own carpet cleaning solution and it's simply outstanding. It manages to remove all the stains, regardless of what's stuck in my carpet and it's free from harmful chemicals. I would undoubtedly endorse Peyton, as his prices are also very reasonable. He's always a joy to work with!

Before Bryce got there, we received a text from the carpet cleaning service so we could monitor his progress and know exactly when he would arrive in Randolph. He was quick and professional. Bryce relocated all of our furniture and put everything back where it belonged. After his expert carpet cleaning, the carpets look simply amazing!

When they learned I was visiting for a few days, they took the time to clean and refresh a large, heavy area rug for my mother's home so I could lay it back down before I headed out. highly recommend! i came home to a messy stain on my stairs from my dog while i was at work. bryce had just cleaned my carpets the day before. after trying to get the spot out myself, i reached out to see if someone could help with the stains, thinking it might take a few days. but within minutes, bryce replied and said he would be there in half an hour. he showed up right on time and got everything spotless for a great price, and he was super friendly. really happy with the carpet cleaning!
