Reviews of local pros in Randolph, Massachusetts

The company gave me a great price and the job they did was excellent would definitely recommend!!!!!!

These guy's are clean and very professional and don't waste time getting the job done I would give them 10 stars in I could

I was extremely happy with the value and quality of the work. Will definitely use and refer SJ Tree Services in the future.

Cleaned up a section of my yard. On time, fast, courteous, cleaned up the work area when they were done. Gave me a few different options with separate quotes. Would use them again.

Had s&J prune 2 trees and remove one tree and grind the stump...they did an excellent job and did a good job cleaning up . There quote was fair and they stuck to it. I highly recommend them.

Edited the owner got right back to me amd worked with me on the situation

I can’t speak to their business services but they were cutting branches from a yard and a big branch fell on my car. Luckily no huge damage a few scratches. Maybe I’m being dramatic but I think huge branches falling on a public side walk onto parked cars is kind of dangerous.

I’m not trying to say these men are bad at their jobs it’s clear that this company needs a crew leader supervising what the crew is doing.

We had reached out about getting a stump grinded on our property. We spoke to someone, had an email agreement and then calls with someone that they would be coming out....but it never happened. We even called and left voicemail to try and figure out the status and no response. Unprofessional.

These people are super, they are excellent professionals with total knowledge of the service they do. I didn’t regret choosing the company. I recommend it to anyone who needs to do a service and prepare their yard for the summer. You won't regret it .Thanks 😊

S&J came to my house to remove 3 trees and grind 2 stumps and I’ll say I really recommend them. Great communication, on time, and very professional.

Anderson gave me a good deal and his crew did a great job. Happy with the outcome and will definitely work with S&J again.

I reached out about residential snow plowing and heard back immediately with a time for a free estimate. I emailed back and forth with someone several times, specifically stating residential, providing the address and even stating that there were two other houses on the street also looking for someone. A half hour after the scheduled appointment the person still hadn't showed up. When I called the office the woman was extremely unhelpful, said that they were not taking on residential customers and was unwilling to even try to help me or make things right. I lost a morning when I called out of work and didn't even receive an apology. Terrible customer service and clearly they do not care about customers.

Anderson and his crew were very profesional. The job was done as discussed and in a timely manner, even with a very soft ground after so much rain this spring. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend SJ tree service. They have fair price.Anderson and his crews are friendly. I’ll definitely use them again. Thank you for your quick service Anderson.

Sj tree service came to my house to cut down a big tree. The service was outstanding. The job was done professionally.

Anderson and his crew were very punctual and very helpful when they showed up. They were very precise, quick and worked very well together. Stump was grinded and all wood chips and such were cleaned out. If I needed to use them again I would call in a heartbeat.
Thank you Anderson and Crew!

Scott and his crew are excellent at tree removal! I have used their services multiple times at two different homes and have been extremely satisfied with their work each time. They are professional, efficient, and always leave the job site clean and tidy. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work. I highly recommend Scott and his crew to anyone in need of tree removal services.

Highly recommend SJ Tree Service!! They have very fair pricing. They completed the work as discussed and in a timely manner. The yard was cleaned immediately and looks great. SJ and his crew are friendly, generous and work very hard!

Anderson and his crew were working at a home across the street. I walked over to get some more information and the nice guy I spoke to had Anderson come knock on my door when he got out of a tree. We showed him what we wanted and he gave us a price. Emailed us an estimate sheet, and a copy of his insurance. Came back to the very next day and completed all of the work before noon. Our tree now looks great and is much safer!

I needed a few limbs removed from a couple of trees particularly a big oak that was preventing grass from growing in a certain spot. Anderson and his crew came in n and got the job done in no time. They are skilled, proficient, organized, very professional and they do an excellent job of removing all the debris. Thank you Anderson for doing a terrific job! I highly recommend them. I will definitely use again.

We have used S&J Tree Service twice now. Last year for a tree removal, stump grinding, and today for tree removal, stump grinding and brush clearing. They did an awesome job for all services. Very punctual and efficient service, great prices, and great cleanup job. You have a great group of employees. Thank you for your service. We appreciate it. I highly recommend them for all of their services.

We recently bought a house and hired S&J to remove three dead trees and a huge, out of control bed of ivy. We also needed to have several stumps ground down. They arrived this morning and did an outstanding job! We live on a somewhat busy road, and I was concerned that taking down the trees during rush hour might be problematic. I shouldn't have worried. The team really was amazing, and even cleaned up the sidewalk and driveway before they left. I highly recommend them!
