Always so pleased with service and office staff. Office calls returns call promptly. One time Mark even took the time and called me and walked me through some dIagnostic steps and saved me a service call!

They replaced my main drain and removed the old cast iron pipes. We now have the downstairs bathroom back and functional. There are no more leaks.

Very responsive and efficient. Most recently I had a leaking drain pipe. Mark came quickly and took care of it. I highly recommend his Company.

5 stars all the way. It can be hard to get work done these days but Tango's guys get stuff done quickly and well. They don't subcontract anything (except painting) so their guys seem to get stuff done in 4 days that would be strung out over a few weeks with most contractors.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, I know businesses are out there to make money and support their workers and families but sometimes I can't help it when something is this asinine.

First, they were prompt both from the initial phone call and for the service call itself. The guy was polite and easy going and communication was pretty good too. But, regardless of how prompt they are or how polite they are they charged $425.00 for a little over 40 minutes of work and an $8.95 part. I don't know how they can justify this, I. mean, they can't, there is nothing they can say that will make this acceptable. From my perspective they're just taking advantage of people and it's wrong.

Buyer beware, make sure you get a quote before proceeding, lesson learned I guess.

Great dealing with a company that told me what they would do and then they came out and did exactly what they told me they would do , not to mention they put me on their calendar with short notice . Communication was great always answered my call or returned in timely manner. Very fair price and i will be using Tango services in the near future for other projects.

Total hack, and very rude. I just bought a home in Reading and during home inspection a leak was identified as coming from upstairs bathtub. Seller had Mark come out and "investigate" the leak just to have him determine it was "non-existent". When I called Mark to discuss my concerns he was very rude; unnecessarily defensive and insulting towards the inspector, as well as having plenty of excuses as to why he couldn't talk with me or revisit my home to meet.
End of the day we closed on the home with no resolve, and now I'm stuck with a leaking bathtub dripping through the ceiling as can be seen in the pictures I've shared on Yelp.
Mark may have 20+ years in the business, but for your sanity and wallets sake, I'd hire an actual expert.
