Necc Corporation

Terrible property management service. They are so bad that they even get adjacent property owners to complain about their service and even the noise their contractors create at all hours. Once they were hired a previously first-class corporate property went straight downhill. Everything from their summer care to their winter snow removal has been awful.

After contracting snow removal for this dis honest Company. No complaints from the Awesome work we did. Event the staff, Jan was overly happy about the work we did. We pulled them out of a few bad spots. But when It came time to cut the checks they were always mis communicating , and finding ways to delay the payments. Even go so far as to say the guy who cuts checks is in Africa for two weeks.
When NECC sent a full cell to file up the loader, I couldn't believe my eyes. The truck carrying the fuel cell barley had enough body left in the bed of the truck to hold the Cell of Fuel. As a Contractor with a great reputation in Ma and RI I can't believe these people are doing business In The Commonwealth. Make sure you have your Attorney Generals Email and Number on hand if you do decide to do any type of business with NECC Corporation.

We have been sweeping for NECC Corp for a couple years. They are always 4 to 6 months past due on payments. Jan Russo is the only person you can ever contact at this crappy company. Patrick Leyne (owner) hides and avoids. After them owing us 6 months of service for two shopping centers we cleaned for them nightly, we contacted the shopping center owners. They were surprised at NECC's tactics and cancelled service with them and contracted us directly. When Jan got word of this, she called and said it we are pathetic for contacted the management company. Whats pathetic is them getting paid for the services we are providing and not paying us. Legal action is now being taken.
