I’m a local realtor and had a final walkthrough on a property that wasn’t ready. I called this co and they had a crew out at the property within 30 min to finish the cleanout. (We were 3 hours away from our scheduled closing time.) They were courteous, professional, charged a fair price and competed the job in a flash! They even helped rescue a cat that was stuck in an attic area that the seller wasn’t able to access. They were amazing and I can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely be recommending them to other people and hiring them again. They truly saved the day!

I was very impressed with the service & work that Manns Junk Removal provided. They responded in a timely manner and then came out to view the property and what needed to be taken care of immediately. They left the apartment I needed cleaned out in broom clean condition! I work as a property manager and Mann's Junk Removal is my go-to for everything removal related. I had a shed that was falling apart that nobody else would remove, Mann's Junk Removal came that day to take it down and completely remove it. I found discarded rolls of metal fencing, pipes, irrigation pipes, all types of fittings, rolls of fake putting green, and other random trash. It was all gone the next day, after a same day on-site consultation. Just recently I had to discard more fencing and metal debris, Mann's Junk Removal was my first call. This team was on time, professional, courteous and funny. I hired them to remove 25 years of stuff from my attic. I was really worried that it would be very emotional for me, but they made it so easy for me to let go of everything! I loved using this service! Moving is daunting especially when you have to figure out how to get rid of all your junk. These guys made my life so much easier, were responsive, polite and so fast! They moved everything from furniture, mattresses, chairs to a metal fireplace. I would have struggled just to bring out the mattresses…but they had the job all tied up within 20-30 minutes between a free estimate to doing the moving. Another perk is, they love animals so took the time to pet my dogs so they didn’t bark the whole time they were here (Stanley & Jake appreciated it 🐾). Highly recommend them!
