Very Professional, on time and reliable!

Don’t hire him!!! Milton is awful. Over a year of delays on a simple job finishing my basement. He’s a waste of time and money. I have to chase him Call and text constantly to get anything done. Not worth the headache. Poor professionalism, poor value, poor communication.

They will start a project that takes one day and leave 4 hours in even when he has the tools and materials and claim he doesn't, then won't show up for days until it's convenient for them. Don't pay until they finish and don't sign anything unless you have strict rules or they will waste your time. They don't even screw in trim or caulk any seems. Terrible, slow and unreliable.

Milton Construction- Revere, MA is a company to not hire! He will give you the run around and keep extending the deadlines. He takes the money for the phases and doesn't complete each phase for months. When you bring anything to his attention about timeliness, he doesn't take responsibility and hands out excuses. I've never seen a contractor that can't keep his own deadline that he's made multiple times over. I have copies of emails and text messages to prove it. Hire only if you don't mind waiting two years for completion.

We received several estimates for our project and ended up choosing Blue Fox and we're so happy we did. We worked with Farley the owner who oversaw the entire job and made regular appearances to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. The quality of the work is top notch. And one of the best things was we didn't have to use separate contractors for the different phases (eg insulation, carpentry work, painting, etc). And we were really impressed at how everything was organized and the next step started immediately after the previous one was completed. Excellent coordination, communication and craftsmanship. And pricing was very fair. If you're looking to do a project be sure to get a quote from Blue Fox. We couldn't be happier!

There is no renovation or build that Blue Fox can’t handle Big or Small. The best part is that when you reach them, they don’t hesitate to contact you and come down quickly and get the Job done. I had contacted at least 12 company’s and then they say send me your plans! and then they Ghost you. At Blue fox The Carpenters and plasterer and painter. Were All Amazing they connected our garage to house with a beautiful Sun Room. And we now can enjoy it .
