I saw them in at my neighbor's house and called to ask about having some tree branches and part of a tree that had fallen removed from my yard. A few hours later the branches, fallen tree, and a problematic tree were gone. Excellent service and customer service!

Poor Communications. I received a quote for tree removal and had a few questions regarding scheduling and conduct of the job. On multiple occasions I contacted PEMA via phone or email and received no response. Instead I received a notification that my job had been completed without answering or addressing any of my concerns. The job was done well at a reasonable price but I will not use PEMA again and would not recommend them due to lack of communication.

I'm been coming here since I was 5 with my parents and siblings and friends, great place to walk, jog just enjoy fresh air and history.

Had a big company come over first of all 2 month wait and how’s this one and 3,000 more to take down these 50 ft trees and came over on a Sunday and took them down Tuesday great job and great work and would definitely call them again.❤️❤️🙏👋

From start to finish, it was amazing! Workers arrived on time, cut my 75 ft. silver maple down in 1 day. Everyone was very professional, conscientious, worked very well together as a team. I would absolutely recommend them.

Pema Tree Services removed 3 large weed trees in our backyard at a reasonable price, despite some complexities that made the job somewhat harder than usual (our backyard is positioned on a hillside behind our home, with no way to access the trees from the street, and only a narrow walkway between our house and the neighbor’s through which the logs could be carried). The whole job took 2 hours and was very professionally done, with the trees loaded directly into a chipper shredder parked in front of our house, and the yard and street tidied up at the end of the work. Pema took care of applying for the necessary truck permits as well. I would definitely use them again for tree removal since they made the process very painless.

I am so glad that the previous company ask for 128buck for a quote. So I called Pema instead. Free quote, reasonable prices, on time, professional and great customer service. This comapny js strongly recommended. I won't look anywhere else if I need tree service.

Pema trimmed two big maple trees in our back yard. They were on time, did a great job fairly quickly and cleaned up the branches. All for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them.

After getting a couple of quotes for the job we choose Pema. Pema offered a $600.00 less cost. The crew, Nahum , Alyssa , Charlie and there was one other person who worked just as hard as the others. The arrival time was punctual. They did an awesome job and it was a lot. We had trees over 100ft tall and over 100 years old. The crew cleaned up all debris. Most of the tree stumps were almost flat . We just had a quote for the stump grinding, and he was impressed as well. Great friendly crew.

A solid five star work. Workers arrived on time at 8am, very pleasant, hard working and professional. I was worried if they would finish the job within a day, they told me they would finish and they did. We are in Nov, it was cold outside. When I invited them into the house during lunch break, they were very courteous, politely declined. When it got dark, they cleaned my yard with lamps on. Price was very reasonable too. Strongly recommend PEMA, I actually already recommended them on social media too, many of my friends gave equally positive responses about their experience with PEMA.

Needed to remove a tree. Contacted several places and Pema was most reasonably priced comparing the quotes and information from other people who had gone through the same process. Luis came by and did a quick analysis and scheduled a day to perform. The guys were quick and efficient taking less than the estimated 2hrs. They also had a fun time doing it because I was watching. The value to the customer was also Luis’ promptness in responding, whether it’s by phone or text.

Not great. I had to get them to come out three times to do the job properly and per the contract, and on the third time, they busted up my driveway and patio, costing me even more money and time.

We have used PEMA tree service three different times and they have been excellent every time! They are so easy to get in touch with and excellent with any follow up communication. They removed some giant pine trees from our property and identified a tree with a huge crack going through the entire trunk that would have endangered people and our house if it had not been taken care of. They are very honest and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. Everyone who has come by the house for estimates and tree cutting has been very nice and respectful of our property. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time we have had them out for tree removal. Absolutely awesome job. Competitive price, professional staff.

Bait and switch!

Please be careful! Don't be a victim of the smooth bait and switch scam by the company.
The owner seems like a nice guy but I guess he might be using that to bait customers? Anyway, during estimation visit the owner agreed verbally to remove all trees (big and small, and two small fallen trees except for 2 cedar trees, old tree clippings) on the south side of my property along with a tree in the front, and one on north side for a $$$$ amount. At first he did not send any written contract and insurance until two days before the job and that too only after my repeated asking. The written contract was a bare-bones contract. Had just few lines mentioning only the big trees. When I asked, via text, if he is also going to remove the small trees and the two fallen trees on the ground. He responded in one word ‘Right’. But couple of days after the job when I was inspecting the area for fence installation, I noticed that - The two small fallen trees were still there, - The stumps, that he said would be cut 2-3 inches above the ground, were cut at least 6-9 inches above the ground - The stump grinding that they did for two trees went hardly 6-7 inches below ground as compared to 12 inches below ground that he mentioned during estimation visit, - didnt remove much of grind chips and were mixed with dirt leaving at least 12 inches high mound in that spot. When asked he said that it will settle down. But it did not settle down. I had to spend over hundred dollars on labor to remove the mound after a week only to find the stup was ground hardly 6inches below the ground. When notified via text, I did not get any response for several days (at least until few days after the check was cleared). Upon my repeated text messages, I got one liner response that the fallen trees were not on the contract. But he stopped responding when I pointed him to his text confirmation about the work that were not mentioned on the contract.
Me being a trusting guy, I am still hoping he does the right thing and completes work the work he promised. Adding just one pic for proof

8/26/2023: No response received to my text to the owner yet.

10/01/2023: looks like the response to my review from owner was just an eyewash. Never heard back from the owner.

I had a great experience working with this team for tree removal. They responded quickly to provide a quote, which was very fair and competitive compared to other offers I received. The work was completed efficiently, on time, and with excellent results. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

They did a phenomenal job cutting our trees back!! Very clean and protected our lawn when driving machinery on it. Would highly recommend and will use them again!! Thanks guys!!!

The crew was great came out and worked non stop to get all the trees done that were discussed and took care of the stumps. Had use other tree company’s in the past but after using this crew will never use anyone else. The clean up from the work was amazing and left no brush behind and even went into my neighbors yard to clean up any brush that may have wound up there
