Unreliable. Made time commitment 3 times; when time arrived and passed with no show, I called and they said they would be there in an hour—already an hour late. I am a customer and expect that if I rush home to be on time, they need to do the same—excusable once but not 3 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
