Home Pros LLC is hands down the best HVAC company in Revere, MA.
Last year I had to have my entire air system changed along with new duct work installed.

Jose and his team were great.

Very responsive, professional. He kept us informed on all the work that was taking place. Tonight I was having an issue with my AC as it kept turning off.

I knew what the problem was my drain line needed to be blown out but I didn’t have the tools to take care of it. Called up Jose and he sent over a tech within 2 hours. Tech showed up, put on shoe booties to keep our floors clean, and blew out the drain line. Yeah, it was minimal work and didn’t take long. But the responsiveness and care that Jose and each of his employees show make them the best.

Jose was great. There was a problem that happened with my lights, and Jose came by to fix it the next day. Going to call him again!

Jose respond to my call in a timely manner and very professional. I had a problem with my ac mini split. He fixed the problem refilled the ac with refrigerant and the price was good I was expecting to pay more. I will definitely call them back for my next home project or problem. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Jose was wonderful. When I called him for a quote, he came with in 20 mins. He came back the next day to do the job. He is a very hard worker he did not leave until everything was done perfectly. His price is very fair. Jose was very professional. We will be using him in the near future. Thank you, Jose we are very happy with your work.

Jose from Home Pros Contractors LLC is excellent. As a landlord with multiple rental units, I’ve used him several times for boiler repair, water heater repair, HVAC service, and general handyman work, and he’s always been extremely professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. When I’ve had emergency boiler issues or water heater problems, he showed up quickly and fixed everything the right way.

Home Pros Contractors LLC installed our HVAC for our builder, so we thought we should call them for maintenance, especially since we wanted to make sure we did everything properly for the environment in Revere, MA, since we were from the Midwest.

We called about a week in advance and made our appointment. We were given a two-hour window of time. Our technician, Jose, arrived shortly after 12. He was very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly that we should do to keep our system operating at its highest efficiency, including changing the filters, pouring vinegar in the drain pipe, etc.

He performed all of the necessary maintenance on our system. We felt he was very thorough. We are planning to have maintenance performed on our system every 6 months as suggested by our builder and plan to purchase an extended warranty. We are relieved to have someone professional like Jose and Home Pros Contractors LLC service our system. We feel that we are in very good hands.

Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Unreliable

I hired Jose for a full system installation, and the experience was unacceptable. The job took over three weeks and was still left incomplete. During this time, my family including a baby and an elderly person had to live without heat. We fell ill due to the cold, and despite knowing our situation, he showed no urgency or care.

When I asked for transparency about the work and costs, he became hostile and aggressive. He refused to provide a full breakdown of invoice, and when I insisted, he struck my table and tried to intimidate me into paying the remaining balance. His justification was that I was avoiding payment—despite the fact that I had never refused to pay

This behavior was not only unprofessional but threatening. He overcharged me, failed to deliver, and showed zero empathy for a family in need.

Beware: Avoid this contractor at all costs. He lacks integrity, accountability, and basic human decency.

Contraté a José para una instalación completa del sistema, y la experiencia fue inaceptable. El trabajo tomó más de tres semanas y aún así quedó incompleto. Durante ese tiempo, mi familia—including un bebé y una persona mayor—tuvo que vivir sin calefacción. Nos enfermamos por el frío, y a pesar de conocer nuestra situación, él no mostró ninguna urgencia ni empatía.

Very unprofessional. Came to my home to diagnose an HVAC issue. He took the $65 diagnostic fee , said he needed to order a part, and never came back.
