Kyle did an incredible job replacing our aging hot water heater and neglected boiler. I had been wanting to get a tankless hot water heater, but read that it might be complicated with my hot water baseboard system. Kyle identified several options that would work and ultimately found a combi system that supported my home’s heating needs while giving me the benefits of tankless that I wanted. He took an absolute nightmare of old pipes I didn’t understand and laid everything out so clearly, giving me a lot of space back in my closet. It’s clear that he truly takes pride in his work, even asking me what color I’d like the wall to be so the new system would look extra nice!

He was timely, quick to respond, and everyone he worked with on this project was the same and incredibly professional. Kyle is genuinely the best person I’ve ever worked with on my home, and I wish everyone who works on homes was as organized and professional as he is. He is the kind of person I want to call to get recommendations for other people he works with and trusts.

His recommendations solved a mystery heating issue in my bedroom, and he was also very patient in troubleshooting a troublesome baseboard in my office. Throughout the process, he explained clearly to me what was happening and why. I had never bled my radiators before, even though I’m fairly hands on and self-sufficient with home maintenance. He gave me a quick lesson on how to do it and I was able to give it a try while we got my office heat working. I felt that was truly above and beyond, and it gave me a lot of confidence to be able to try it with some guidance in case I did something wrong.

The pricing for what I got and the size of the job was very fair. Replacing both my water heater and boiler was an investment, and not a small one for me - but I could not be happier with the results, nor have been in better hands. Our downtime without hot water or heat was very reasonable, and considering everything that had to be done, this project was quick and well-coordinated. Kyle will be the first person I’m calling for anything related to plumbing or heating from now on, without question, and is worth every penny.
