Not knowing where the water damage in the ceiling was coming from, Servpro of EAST BOSTON came in cut out the offending wall board, resolved the leaking issue and had everything replaced like it had never happened! Easy peasy Thanks Servpro!!

I had ServPro come to my rental property after I had evicted some tenants. My former tenants really did a number on the place. It was beyond filthy, with tons of damage to the walls and loads of trash. I can't describe how utterly filthy it was. It looked like they had never cleaned anything - for 3 years. How you get the inside of a washing machine and dishwasher filthy, I'll never know. But, I was provided with a quick estimate to clean up all the damage and prepare the house for painting and new tenants. Even though it was more than I was expecting to pay, but I'm not sure my expectations were realistic. I knew it would take a lot of hard work to clean the place and I realize that takes time. So, I thought ok, it needs it and I know Serv Pro has a good reputation. Well, boy, was I impressed. Not only was the house immaculate when they finished, they even were able to get rid of the awful smell of cat urine. They cleaned everything, floor to ceiling, removed all the trash and debris and did it quickly and efficiently. It took 2 guys 2 days to clean and sanitize the place. Honestly, it was worth every penny and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

After a disastrous house fire, the insurance company arranged for Servpro to stabilize and mitigate the building, and suggested we also hire them for reconstruction, which we did. This was a huge job, removing and replacing all the drywall, plaster, floor and much of the subfloor, electrical, plumbing, mechanical. Servpro took care of everything, hiring a general contractor who in turn brought in subs as needed. I found them helpful and communicative, staying in touch throughout the process and respecting our preferences in the numerous decisions necessary. Strongly recommend them

Melinda, Ben and their whole team are Great! Very communicative, professional, on time, and thorough. They really came through and helped out perfectly during what was otherwise a very unpleasant sewage backup situation. You can only imagine what kind of hellscape they started with, and I sh!t you not, you'd never even know what happened in that room. I may even unsee it someday. Now my place smells incredible, in a pleasant and deeply neutral kind of way. I really love it.

Excellent response! Mom mother's home had the hot water heater go and 40+ gallons of water was leaking out overnight. When it was discovered in the morning, it was a Sunday. I called Servpro and they sent out a team that day. The water leaked into the first floor apartment, damaging the wal to wall carpet and pad, along with some other issues. The lead man, I forget his name, put me in touch with Jim McCabe and Marc Goya. They kept me informed with what the process was going to be and dealt with the insurance company. The process ended up taking a whole week with insurance but their team removed the rug, padding and tack. They took everything with them leaving no issues to have to deal with. Jim also kept my mother who is 88 years old informed of what was taking place and by doing that, kept her at ease. If there is ever a reason to need this type of service, I would use them again, without hesitation. Highly recommended.

A neighbor's pipe burst causing flooding in my condo in East Boston. Jim came out the following day to assess the problem and started working on mitigation efforts right away. He checked in regularly from start to finish and always was available to answer any questions. He and his team made a very stressful situation less stressful which was very much appreciated!
